Chapter 7

I woke up the next morning with a terrible belly ache.

I went to the bath room and had a shower and didn't know what to do because I couldn't get my clothes as they were in another room which meant someone would see me in a towel.

I decided to just put on peters clothes just so I could fetch my clothes from the locker

I slipped on a jack wills shirt and some of his joggers. His joggers were about 5 sizes too big on me so I tied a knot it the top to keep them up and ran to the locker got my clothes out and got changed back in peters room. Once I looked presentable i left his room and made my way out of the castle starting my hunt for peter.

I was walking around for only 5 minutes when I saw peter looking very uncomfortable as a girl stood in front of him wearing a belly top and sort shorts. Fair enough it was hot but her clothes were about 7 sizes too small for her. She was pushing her boobs out and trying to flirt with him.

I walked over to them. "Am I interrupting anything" I asked laughing

"No" peter said

"I missed you today" he said as he came to give me a hug obviously trying to make the girl jealous.

"I missed you too" I said making her jealous too

"Want to go for an adventure" I asked peter

"I knew I liked you for a reason" he said and started to turn away from the girl

"Can I come" bling headed bimbo said in her squeaky voice

"Yes if you want, that is if you can keep up" I said not wanting her to come

"Yes I can I would do anything for peter" she said in a horrible seductively voice which made me want to laugh

"C'mon then" I said
Me and peter were in front of the girl so when we turned the corner she couldn't see us so I grabbed peters hand and yelled 'run'

We ran through the park to the wishing well

"You love this place don't you" I asked peter

"Of course it's where I met you" he replied

I smiled at his comment and went to go look over the river behind the wishing well.

As I was walking I saw a note taped to the well

It read:
Jade,
I see you took no notice in my last letter but I will be coming for you and I will be coming soon

I quickly ripped up the paper before peter could have chance to read it and tried to stop the tears which were making their way to my face.

Peter came over to me and said "what was that"

"I don't know it was in a different language"

"Jade I know that's not true please tell me the truth"

"Well on the night my mom took Brooke I found a note on my door saying 'watch out' and this time it was a note saying 'jade, I see you took no notice in my last letter but I will be coming for you and I will be coming soon -M' "

"Well do you know anyone who's name begins with M" he asked

"No I don't thin-" I stopped. No it couldn't be.

"Jade" peter said

"Uhm yes my uncle. He's not a very nice man and once when my dad hit me I hit him back and he told my uncle and my uncle said I will pay for it" I said starting to tear up again.

"Hey hey don't cry I will protect you I promise" he said in a soothing voice

"Excuse me are you miss Jade leigh?" A man asked behind me

I turned around to see a police man standing there

"Yes I am why whats wrong" I asked getting concerned

"Maybe we should go somewhere more private" he said

"You can go to my room if you want" peter offered

I nodded and peter led us up as we wouldn't be able to get up here if it wasn't for him

He let us in his room and said "im gonna go now bye jade" and kissed my head

"No" I said grabbing his hand "your staying"

"I think it would be best if it were just us jade" the policeman said

"No he's staying" I said and closed the door and sat on the sofa

Peter shrugged his shoulders at the police man and sat next to me on the sofa

The police man sat in a chair opposite us and put the file he was holding on the table.

"So whats wrong" I asked

"It's your sister" he replied with a sympathetic look on his face.
