Just me writing down my ff/au ideas for my favorite anime/manga 😉
I don't write reader ff's so it's gonna be just the Canon characters in the Anime in case it's not some sort of crossover, that's all.
I also won't necessarily write them though. If...
Who is our favorite Hollow? Shiro. Who's our favorite Bijuu? Kurama.
Orange head and sunshine blop are both badasses and hot, so~ woods to say there are no similarities? Not me.
This crossover isn't a crossover. Rather, the key concept of Naruto is brought intimate the plot of the Shinigami Shonen anime Bleach!
So~ Ichigo's parents sealed Shiro the 'King of his kind' into Ichigo as they gave their life to protect the town. Kurakara town only sees the superficial activities IF the Shinigami on charge shares the fees of his phone with their media devices (for instance to see if an earthquake is an earthquake and not a menos grande). The rest of the Kurosaki family - consisting technically only of Ichigo as Yuzu and Karin would've been born about 4-5 years later - was sent into the community. He wasn't very well liked, cuz.. As you can guess, being hated by one's home is a result of having a 'demon' sealed inside you.
However, Ichigo had 2 voices in his head that seemed to accompany him wherever he went. Sure, he appeared crazy because of talking to them/himself, but he was touchstarved (lonely), what else was he supposed to do? The two voices were of young girls.. Who introduced themselves as Yuzu and Karin from a different dimension parallel to his. They had been 60-70 years old when they died but were accidentally thrown into another world instead of getting reincarnated... Not that they mind it that much - now they can protect their brother!
Instead of wninja academy, its more like a school from Soul eater - those who have spiritual powers are accepted as students, with members of the seretei (normal Shinigami) as teachers. Protector of Kurakara Town is obviously Rukia, with a few familiar faces as teachers at school (Yumichika, etc.) most will find at least one member of their squad there. Reminder! Renji is a lieutenant! So he could not shouldn't be there via he has better things to do!
Besides Shinigami, there are towns where schools for Quincy exist. Such is the case for Uryu and would've been for Yuzu. Uryu's dad is the headmaster there and a doctor giving him a high status in Ywach's council. How sister Misaki was a role model for the Quincy's while Isshin was a local celebrity due to his spiritual power and lineage (son of Yamamoto). Soul society still is a separate realm as is Hueco mundo and obv. Hell. Ichigo is hated by the residents since he took away their towns 'guardian protectors', the Shinigami and Quincy's are wary of him - by spiritual strength alone.
Does that stop him or his supporters to go into battles or watch the fights against hollows? Certainly not! Especially when captain's are required to take actgion is when he, his class and every town in the vicinity will go watch (most watch live instead of actually going there).

Aizen still turns traitor but instead of Ywach leading the Quincy's uprising, his most trusted do it. So..
Shinigami vs. Shinigami + hollows Quincy vs. Quincy (+ inteference from other races on both sides)
Who would Ichigo be, in the end, if his sorry a€€ doesn't wind up interfering, getting beaten up, and losing his shit with Shiro driving?
