Just me writing down my ff/au ideas for my favorite anime/manga 😉
I don't write reader ff's so it's gonna be just the Canon characters in the Anime in case it's not some sort of crossover, that's all.

Let's be honest here, in the blue exorcist Fandom, most of us think that Yukio isn't a good brother for Rin right? Well, what if Rin had run away at an early age... and was found by someone from the cursed temple in Tokyo? Getting adopted by its head because of Karura's statement of the kid being a powerful fire Nephilim?
He became Bon's adopted brother (older or younger both makes for an interesting concept...) thus making the Tokyo trio turn into a four person team. During a sleepover Shima got in contact with a fire kin with black flames, an event which Rin witnessed and tried to rescue his friend from. The demon attacked Rin thinking him a hindrance to Shima's dismay but strangely blue flames surged out of Rin protecting him from the dark fire. The three decided to keep this night a secret from the others. (Which was kinda difficult since Rin's features changed during the little implosion making his face more defined and his hair whitish.)
Amongst the temple Rin's personality was accepted since, thanks to the voices of the questioned students, kids and familiars, Rin's actions had been pardoned and he'd been deemed as a very protective kind of person. During their middle-school days Rin and the others studied on what Meisters they wanted to take once they got into True cross. Rin picked Tamer since he was very close to the ones used at the Temple, he also works at the hotel? Bon's- and by extension his - mother works at for pocket money.
Through a few up and downsides in life, they finally enroll into the academy. What more could life hold for them?
