They're at a bar and Sam says, "It just doesn't make any sense, Dean. I mean, why would Uriel tell me you remembered hell if you didn't?" Dean says, "Maybe because he's a dick -- might have something to do with it." Liz thinks or you do remember Hell you just don't wanna talk about, because it was a traumatic experience. Sam says, "Maybe, but he's still an angel." Liz says, "Yeah, an angel who was ready to lever an entire town." The waiter comes by and says, "What else can I get you guys?" Sam says, "Uh, I think we're good." The waiter says, "Yeah? You want to try a couple of fryer bombs or a chipotle chili changa?" Dean says, "No, no, we're still good." The waiter smiles and says, "Okay, awesome." Dean says, "Sam, honestly, I have no idea why Uriel told you what he did, okay?" Sam says, "Right." Dean says, "What?" Sam says, "Okay." Sam says, "Fine. Then look me in the eye and tell me you don't remember a thing from your time down under." Dean looks Sam in the eyes and says, "I don't remember a thing from my time down under. I don't remember, Sam!" Sam says, "Look, Dean, I just want to help." Dean says, "You and Liz know everything I do. Okay? That's all there is." The waiter comes back and says, "Outstanding. Dessert time? Huh? Am I right?" Dean says, "Listen, dude..." Dean gets cut off by the waiter and says, "Listen, guys. You have got to try our ice cream extreme. It's extreme." Sam says, "Uh, No extremities, please. Just the --" The waiter says, "Check? All right, awesome." Liz softly says, "Thanks." Dean says, "All right, so, where do we go from here?" Sam says, "I'm not sure. Uh, looks like it's been pretty quiet lately. No signs of demon activity, no omens or portents I can see." Dean says, "That's good news for once." Sam says, "Yeah, just the typical smattering of crank UFO sightings and one possible vengeful spirit. Here, check this out. Uh... up in Concrete, Washington, eyewitness reports of a ghost that's been haunting the showers of women's health facility. The victim claims that the ghost threw her down a flight of stairs." Liz says, "Okay, sounds kind of strange. Why would a ghost throw a woman down the stairs?" Sam says, "I don't know, but let's go find out."

They arrive in Concrete, Washington. Dean drops off Liz, to go talk to the victim. Candace says, "I'm not surprised the spirit world chose to make contact with me. I'm something of a... natural sensitive." Liz nods and says, "I can sense that about you, Candace, the whole... sensitive thing." Candace says, "So, what did you say you're calling your book?" Liz says, "Supernatural. Yeah, I've crossing the country, gathering stories like yours. Anyway, you were telling me about your encounter." Candace says, "Yes. Well, once I saw the apparition, that's when I started to run." Liz looks to see a couple making out and she shakes her head. Liz clears her throat and says, "And you said the ghost chased you?" Candace says, "Not just that. It knew my name. It kept yelling, " Mrs. Armstrong! Mrs. Armstrong!" And that's when I hit the stairs and fell." Liz says, "You fell? The ghost didn't push you." Liz watch's Candace get caught up in her own lie and she says, "Oh, I don't -- I don't know. I mean, I think it did. Maybe." Liz says, "Did you feel like it meant to hurt you, like it was violent, or..." Candace says, "It was a ghost. I'm lucky to be alive. Anyway, I was at the bottom of the stairs, and that's when it got weird. It helped me up." Liz is confused and says, "What?" Candace says, "Yeah. It helped me up. And it kept saying over and over, 'Please don't tell my mom.'" Liz says, "Yeah, that's definitely weird." Liz goes to meet up with the boys and says, "Did you guys find anything?" Dean says, "No EMF in the shower or anywhere else. This house is clean." Liz says, "Yeah, I'm not surprised. I kind of got the feeling back there that crazy pushed Mrs. Armstrong down the stairs."  Sam says, "Sorry, guys, but I don't think anything's going on around here." They see two men arguing and Liz says, "Something's going on here and it's not just two men arguing." They walk over to them and the guy is creaming about their being a Big Foot out there. They ask why he think's he saw Big Foot and described what the creature looked like and where he saw it. They're trying to figure out what's wrong with this town. Then they follow a little girl who had a porn magazine to her home. They find out that the little girl's teddy bear is alive. They find out there's a wishing well, where people get there wishes come to come true. The wishing well is at the place where she spoke with Candace. They find an old coin that's part of the reason why people are getting there wishes granted. The only way to stop the wishing is to find the first wisher, who dropped the coin in the wishing well. They go see the guy who made the first wish. Liz and Sam take Todd to Lucky Chen's where the wishing well is. Liz and Sam both get struck by lighting. Liz and Sam wake up and watch Hope walk out and Wes gives them the coin. The town's back to normal. They melted down the coin. Dean tells the truth about how he lied and says he does remember Hell. Sam wants Dean to tell him what happened, but Dean says that he'll never understand what's he's been through.
