They go check out the body at the morgue. The coroner says, "Agent Tyler, Agent Rudolf, Agent Perry, meet Frank O'Brien. Liz says, "He died of a heart attack, right?" The coroner says, "Three days ago." Sam says, "Hmm, but O'Brien was 44 years old and, according this, a marathon runner." The coroner says, "Everybody drops dead sooner or later. It's why I got job security." Dean says, "Yeah, but Frank kicked it here. Now, just yesterday, two perfectly healthy men bit it in Maumee. All heart attacks. You don't think that's strange?" The coroner says, "Sounds like Maumee's problem to me. Why's the FBI give a damn, anyway?" Liz says, "We just want to see the results of Frank's autopsy." The coroner says, "What autopsy?" Dean says, "The one you're gonna do." The coroner starts opening Frank's chest and says, "First dead body?" Dean says, "Far from it." The coroner says, "Oh, good. Because these suckers can get pretty ripe. Hey, hand me those rid cutters, would you?" Liz hands him the cutters and notices something on Frank's hand. Liz says, "Is that from a wedding ring? I didn't think Frank was married." The coroner says, "Ain't my department." Sam looks at the marks on his arms and says, "Any idea how he got these?" The coroner says, "You know what? When you actually drop dead, you actually tend to drop. Body probably got scraped up when it hit the ground. Huh." Liz says, "What?" The coroner says, "I-I can't find any blockages in any of the major arteries. Heart looks pretty damn healthy. Hold that a second, would you?" He hands Dean the heart and Sam gets splashed with blood. The coroner says, "Oh, sorry. Spleen juice." They then go talk to the sheriff who's very sanitary. Then they go speak to Frank's neighbor, who has strange animal pets and a snake that freaks out Dean.
