Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Y/N we're going to Hagrid's. Buckbeck was given a trial to determine if he was dangerous or not and the five wanted to know how it went.

"Beautiful day." Hermione said. "Gorgeous, unless you have been ripped to pieces." Ron said looking at Hermione. "Ripped to pieces, what are you talking about?" Harry asked.

"Ronald has lost his rat." Hermione said. "I haven't lost anything, your cat killed him." Ron said. "I'm not sure if he was a rat, Ron. I looked at him with my eye and his magic always looked odd to me." Y/N said.

Everyone looked at him as if he was looking for Sir Cadogan again. "I have always been confused about why he had a magic core similar to a man. Not only that, but he always had a bit of a human like intelligence about him." He continued.

"Well it's too late to test that theory. Scabbers is gone." Ron said. "Well maybe you should learn to take better care of your pets." Hermione said. "Your cat killed him." "Did not." "Did." "Didn't."

They eventually made it to the lake, where they met Hagrid, throwing stones. "How did it go, Hagrid, the hearing?" Hermione asked.

"Well, first off, the committee members took turns talking about why we were there, then I got up and did my peace. Said how Buckbeak was a good hippogriff, always cleaning his feathers. Then Lucius Malfoy, well you can imagine, said that buckbeak was a dangerous beast who would kill you as soon as he would look at you." Hagrid said.

"And then?" Ginny asked. "And then he asked for the worst, that old Lucius." Hagrid said.

"Are they sacking you?" Ron asked. "No, I'm not sacked." Hagrid said. "Buckbeck has been sentenced to death." He said, he then began crying.

Y/N wanted to unleash his dragon's breath on Lucius to make him pay.

Y/N sat in the great hall with Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny, eating chicken legs with Ron. "I don't think stuffing yourself with Chicken is going to make matters better." Ginny said. "It's making me feel better." Ron said. "I just want to take my mind off things." Y/N said.

Malfoy came over to the Gryffindor table. "Hey." Everyone waved. "Where's Crabbe?" Hermione asked. "He's helping a first year with charms. Listen, I'm sorry about Buckbeck's case. I tried to talk to my father about it, but he wouldn't listen." He told him.

Y/N swallowed the chicken he was eating. "Hey don't worry about it, it's not your fault." Harry said.

The six then saw Goyle pushing a first year from Hufflepuff around and laughing about it. "It's about time somebody put that git on notice." Ron said motioning to the large Slytherin. The others nodded

"The time is now." Y/N said. He then took a swig of pumpkin juice and headed for Goyle, with Ron backing him up.

Goyle was having fun pushing the first year around. He was large, in charge, and loving it. "Hey, Goyle, we need to talk." Y/N said. Goyle saw the two Gryffindors heading for him.

He approached the two of them. "You better stop making everyone's lives miserable." Ron said. Goyle chuckles at this. "Or what Weasley?" He said.

Y/N around and saw the teachers were preoccupied. He then motioned to Ron and the two of them punched Goyle in the face, knocking him out. "Or that happens."

His mass caused a large thud to be heard around the hall. The two walked away fist bumping each other.

Professor Flickwick levitates Goyle to the Hospital wing and winks at the two.

Harry was awake one night watching the Marauder's map while eating chocolate. Y/N was asleep and Ron just went back to sleep. Harry had convinced Ginny to loan him the map.

Harry was looking over the map when he saw a mark labled Peter Pettigrew

This had confused Harry since he learned that he was destroyed. Harry slipped on some clothes and headed out to find him.

Harry wal looking over the map with his wand lit with his Lumos spell. He noticed that Peter's mark was coming up on his own.

Harry looked forward with nothing in sight, then back to the map. He then saw that Peter was going around him, and kept on trying to find the man, only to be surprised by a mirror on a wall.

He looked at the map again, only to find that Peter not only got around him, but Snape was heading his way.

"Mischief managed, nox." Harry said. Snape arrived quickly. "Potter, what are you doing wondering the corridors at this time of night?" Snape asked. "I was sleep walking." Harry said. "Extraordinarily like your father, he too was exceptionally arrogant. Strutting about the castle." "My dad didn't strut, nor do I. Now if you don't mind I would appreciate it if you would lower your wand."

Snape did so and noticed something was in Harry's pocket. "Turn out your pocket. Turn out your pocket." Harry did so and revealed the Marauder's map. "What's this?" "It's a bare piece of parchment." "Really, open it." Harry did so.

Snape pointed his wand at it. "Reveal your secrets." He said. Words appeared on the map. "Read it." Harry looked at the words. "Messers Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs offer their compliments to Professor Snape and." "Go on." "And request that he keeps his abnormally large nose out of other people's business." Why you insolent little-" Snape began to say. "Professor." A voice said.

Snape quickly turned around and saw Lupin. "Well well, Lupin. Out for a little walk, in the moonlight, are we?" "Is there any trouble?" "That remains to be seen." Snape said. He then snatched the map from Harry's hands. "I just now confiscated a rather curious item from Mr. Potter. Take a look, Lupin. It's supposed to be your area of expertise, clearly it is full of dark magic." Snape said, giving Lupin the map."

Lupin looked at it for a brief moment. "I seriously doubt it, Severus. It looks like a bit of parchment designed to insult the reader. I suspect it is a Zonko's product. Never the less, I will investigate any properties it may have. It is, as you say, my area of expertise. Harry, would you come with me. Good night, Severus." Lupin said as he and Harry left the potions master.

The two entered his office. "Come in. I don't have any idea how you got this map, but I am astounded that you didn't hand it in. Do you realize that this in the hands of Sirius Black is a map to you?" Lupin said.

He then approached the young boy. "Now your father never obeyed the rules when he was here, but he and your mother gave their lives for yours. Now gambling their sacrifice by wondering the castle unprotected with a killer on the loose seems to be a pretty poor way to repay them. Now I will not cover for you again, Harry, I want you to go to your dormatory and stay there." Harry nodded and was beginning to leave. "And don't take any detours, if you do I shall know." Lupin said tapping the map.

Harry began to walk back, but not before he thought he should tell Lupin something. "Professor, just so you know, I don't think that map always works. Earlier on it showed someone in the castle. Someone who I thought was dead." Harry said. "Really, who might that be?" Lupin said, interested. "Peter Pettigrew."

Lupin's eyes widened in surprise when he heard that name. "That's not possible." He said. "Just what I saw, good night, professor." Harry then left the room, leaving a surprised Lupin in his wake.
