Sunghoon's POV

I sat in the very expensive car, legs closed and heart racing. They are going to feed me to their pack! Oh my god! I don't want to die being eaten by werewolves!

"Are you okay, Sunghoon?", I felt a hand on my thigh and I snapped my head to Jake who looked at me worriedly.

"Huh? Y-yeah, I'm fine.", I gave him a close-lipped smile.

"You're sweating.", He pointed out as he wiped my very sweaty forehead.

I chuckled awkwardly shifting a tad bit away from Jake which was clearly a big mistake as a frown overtook his worried expression.

"Is it me? You're scared of me, aren't you?", my eyes went wide at his sad tone.

"N-No! It's not. Don't even think that."

"He's just scared.", Jay spoke up as we snapped our attention to him.

He looked at me through the mirror and just smirked.

"He's scared we'll feed him to the pack."

"N-No I was n-not!", I stuttered, trying to defend myself but I'd already screwed myself over.

Jungwon turned around to face me with a soft smile.

"You have nothing to worry about, Hoon. We don't actually eat humans. We actually eat like humans, actually. Jay here, loves corn and milk."

"W-Won! You didn't have to tell him that.."

"You still love corn?", Jake asked his brother with an amazed look.

"Corn is the best okay shut up."

The three of us laughed as Jay puffed out his cheeks, pouting, clearly sulking. He did have a slight smile on his face.

We reached a mansion after awhile and my eyes almost bulged out from seeing it.

"No way! Are you guys really this rich?", Jay chuckled which made me look at him.

"Our pack leader is a CEO and he puts everything he earns into the pack."

"I can see that..This mansion must've costed millions."

The big gate opened and Jay drove the car in and I saw a man standing at the front door looking at us.

"Uh, who's that guy looking at us?"

"That's my dad.", Jungwon said.

I looked at him with wide eyes as he just smiled.

"He's also the rich pack leader Jay told you about."

"So you're like an heir?", I asked, clearly amazed.

He laughed and shook his head.

"I'm an omega. Only an Alpha can take over and that is Jay."

"Though I can take over his company.", he said, winking. I rolled my eyes playfully just as Jay parked the car.

"Alright, let's go."

We got out and started walking towards the front door. Jake walked by my side, slipping his hand into mine. I felt my cheeks flush for real this time. Now that I knew he wasn't actually a dog but a werewolf, I felt myself relaxing in his touch.

"You don't have pheromones so they shouldn't be attracted to you.", he whispers to me.

I looked at him with a confused look.

"Pheromones?"

"I'll tell you later."

"So this is your brother Jake?", Jungwon's dad spoke to Jay with a more casual tone than I thought.

"Yes."

The entire time he was looking at Jake, Jake never let go of my hand and he quickly noticed our hands.

"Are they mates? His mate's smell is very weak."

I furrowed my brows and looked at Jake as he just shrugged his shoulder.

"They're not mates, dad. Sunghoon over here is clearly a human.", Jungwon explained as his dad's eyebrow raised slightly.

"Huh. Human? I can smell something but it's very weak. Are you sure he's human?"

At this point, I was clueless to what he was going at here. Smell? Was it what Jake mentioned earlier? Pheromones?

"Dad, what are you talking about?", Jungwon whispered to his dad, but loud enough for me to hear.

"I'm saying he might be-"

"Dad! We'll talk about this later.", Jungwon whispered and held onto his dad's arm, pulling him into the mansion.

"Jay, what just happened?", Jake asked his brother the same question I have.

Jay looked confused himself.

"Yeonjun is a strong Alpha and he can smell pheromones stronger than even me. Especially omega pheromones. The fact he said that about Sunghoon..", he looked at me curiously.

"Are you saying I'm a werewolf like you guys? Are you crazy? Don't you think I would've known about that from birth?", I said, feeling a bit angry that they even thought that.

Jay just shrugged.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way but Yeonjun is always right when it comes to sniffing out omegas."

"Just don't be surprised if you're one of us. To be honest, I would be."

He walked into the mansion leaving the both of us with conflicted thoughts.

"Come on. Let's go.", Jake tugged on my hand gently, his eyes soft and gentle.

I smiled unconsciously and nodded, letting him lead me into the mansion. I hope no wolves attack me. Well, I do have my own werewolf to protect me if anything happens.
