Chapter Nine

The sunlight seeped through the curtains as y/n rolled on her bed. For the first time in a long time, she had slept comfortably but she still felt bad that she hadn't seen her brother in like three days now. It felt like years to her. She refused to open her eyes as she laid on the soft large bed. She just didn't feel like getting up.

If she got up, she'll have to face the prince or Taehyung or Prince Yoongi. Everything would be perfectly fine if she laid on her bed and not come out of her room. At least, that's what she thought.

Suddenly, she felt uncomfortable as if someone's eyes were on her. But who could be possibly watching her right now? With that thought, she continued to stay in her position, content with the feeling of solitude.

But the feeling of someone's eyes on her was stronger and it was starting to bother her actually. She turned on her other side. Then she sat up, and rubbed her eyes with her fists. Maybe she should get rid of her morning breath then come back to bed. She slowly opened her eyes, then let out a scream of fright when she saw a blond haired man seated at her dresser and watching her intently.

She pulled her blanket up to her chest. The night dress that she put on had a v-neck line, so her cleavage was very much visible. "Y-you? What are you doing here?" She demanded.

"Well," The man stood up and stalked towards her bed. "Last time I checked, this was and still is my palace. So as far as I'm concerned, I have the right to go to any room I want, anytime I want."

He was standing right next to her bed now, and she couldn't help but blush as she pulled the covers more, making sure no skin of hers was exposed.

"Can I assist you with anything specifically?"

Oh, how Jimin wanted to answer that question honestly as he glanced at her chest that she had dragged his attention to when she 'subtly' pulled the covers higher, but alas, he didn't want to scare her off when he had been advised to be nice to her. He licked his plump lips lightly.

"None that I can think of, I just wanted to come and see you." He gave the girl an eye smile, which she would have found adorable if it was any other person doing it.

"Thank you for your concern, but you may leave now." Her eyes refused to meet his as her cheeks continued to burn in embarrassment. She glanced up at him and he simply stared back at her, showing no sign of leaving soon.

"Why should I leave?" Jimin questioned, walking closer to her bed. She moved to the corner, her body feeling weird at the thought of him so close to her on the bed. Jimin saw the effect he had on her and smirked lightly.

"I..I want to change my clothes, your Highness. S..so can you please excuse me?" She stuttered. He suddenly laughed. He found it so amusing that she was jumbling up her words. She looked so adorable to him.

It was the first time she was hearing him laugh and she had to admit, he looked adorable. His eyes turned into crescents and his body seemed to wobble as he laughed loudly. Her eyes were filled with concern as she watched his feet stumble. She rushed to his side, totally forgetting about covering up her exposed chest and held his hand. She pulled him forward to save him from falling on the ground, but he ended up landing on top of her.

The smile on Jimin's face disappeared as he figured out he was on top of y/n. His body perfectly aligned with hers as his breath hit her upper lip. Both of their hearts were beating crazily as their chests were pressed against each other. Her (e/c) eyes stared into his brown orbs that were filled with an unknown emotion. She didn't know what was going on around her anymore.

"Your High...oh my." The duo snapped their necks towards Namjoon, who just walked into the room. His eyes glued to the floor but sent them short glimpses as Jimin quickly got off y/n. It wasn't the first time that Namjoon was walking in on Jimin as he was doing some..stuff with women.
