"Thank you so much." The black haired boy said to the old woman before him as he handed her a bag of onions. She smiled lightly as she handed him two copper coins. His smile fell a bit.

"I am sorry but...this is all I have." The old woman let out, her hands clasped together in a pleading manner. Jungkook quickly prevented her from doing so, his smile growing once again.

"It is okay. Please take them." He insisted as the woman smiled once more. She placed her hand on his and said to him in a whisper.

"Bless you, my boy."

His lips curved up once more before the old woman saddled away. He let out a sigh as he glanced at the two copper coins in his hand. Naturally, half an onion would cost two copper coins but Jungkook gave her ten onions because that is what she asked for. Grabbing the jar in the small kiosk where he sold all the produce from the farm, he placed the two copper coins inside. The jar was relatively big and he hadn't even gotten up to quarter of it. It was mixed with copper and silver coins and in the center was one gold coin.

Since y/n left him, Jungkook had been working twice as hard to earn enough money. Maybe if he paid the taxes he owed, the prince would set her free.

Letting out a huff of breath, he placed the jar back on the ground and stared at the people in the market, where his kiosk was located. A man with a beard passed his shop with slow steps, eyeing him intently. Goosebumps appeared on the boy's skin as he glanced away from the man. His eyes landed on him again and the man simply raised up his hand to show Jungkook the back of it.

It had a tattoo of a crown and an 'X' on it.

The rebellion. He thought as he also removed the brown glove he used to cover his left hand and showed the bearded man.

The night that the strange man had approached him about a rebellion, Jungkook was adamant at first but went to their hideout at midnight. He became one of them because he saw what their vision was. They wanted a better Grogia. They needed it if they wanted to survive. After he was initiated into the group, he got their tattoo and has been hiding it ever since. Jin did not need to know about it.

"We have a meeting tonight." The bearded man gruffed as he eyed his surroundings, looking at everyone suspiciously. Jungkook only nodded his head.

"Can I ask what it is about?"

The bearded man gave him a glare, which made Jungkook gulp, "You will find out at the meeting." The black haired boy's head moved vigorously as he nodded.

Suddenly, a man on a horse appeared in front of his kiosk. The mysterious guy wore a brown hat, black wooly clothes and brown leather boots. He mounted off the horse, his boots clinking as he did so and approached the duo. He eyed the bearded man before turning his attention to Jungkook.

"I would like to have your freshest and finest fruits and vegetables, please." He said as Jungkook only nodded.

He picked up one of every fruit and vegetable, and gave it to the man. The said man gave Jungkook a heavy glare as he looked inside the bag, which made Jungkook confused. "Is there a problem Sir?"

"I asked for your finest fruits and vegetables." He stated.

"But this is our finest fruits and vegetables." He retorted.

"It is not enough."

Jungkook glanced at the bearded man, who was watching everything in silence, before replying the customer, "Most of the fruits are really expensive..." As the words left his mouth, the man chuckled at him.

"Do you think I cannot pay for it?"

Jungkook averted his gaze, "I didn't say that." Suddenly, a small sack was thrown on the counter. It spilled open revealing gold coins which made both Jungkook and the bearded man's eyes open wide.
