Chapter 27

We arrived at a beach not long after.
" were here! " he smiled.
" Was I suppose to bring a bathing suit...?" I asked stepping out of the car.
" No, where just going canoeing." He smiled lightly.
" It's 8:30, the water is probably freezing." I stated.
He shrugged and took of his shoes, shirt, pants and socks, running toward the canoe. Leave him only in his boxers.
I followed his actions, by only leaving my my bra, and underwear and we got into the canoe.
" If we fall..." I started laughing.
" I'm a pro! There's no way!" He said chuckling.
He grabbed a paddle and handed me the other one.
I put it the water and stated paddling, using every ounce of strength I had, yet, he was basically doing all the work.
It went like that for about 10 minutes, we both stayed quiet, we wanted to talk, but we didn't know what to say I guess.
But.... That silence was ruined when Luke accidentally dropped the paddle.
We watched as we floated away, not knowing what what to do.
" ..... Oops...." He said and shrugged giving me a small smile.
I started laughing throwing my head back.
I handed him mine, I wasn't doing much anyway...
He took it and we continued.
" Don't drop this one, were far from shore. Let's start heading back, yeah?" I said crinkling my eyes, just now noticing that where REALLY far from shore.
He nodded.
" Your cute when you do that." He said. Then, his eyes opened, like he didn't mean to say that out loud.
I blushed, that God for night.
" When I do what?" I asked smirking.
" Well, always, when you crinkle you nose, or your eyes. When you laugh so hard that you head falls back, when you put your hair behind your ear without noticing. All the time." he said slowly.
I blushed, for what seemed like the 20th time tonight.
he shook his head, smirked to himself, then leaned km and kissed me, which cause me to fall back and then canoe to flip.
