That got me thinking, how long did it take him to plan all this out?
" What else are we doing?" I asked curiously
" I can't tell you!" He exclaimed. " it's all part of the surprise." He laughed.
I laughed
" Hey, my name Tess, I'll be serving you tonight." A young girl who looked about 20 said with a huge smile plastered on her face.
We muttered "Hi's" in return and looked over our menu.
" Anything to drink?" The lady, Tess, asked.
" I'll get a lemonade." I said smiling
" I'll get a sprite." Luke said, not taking his eyes of the menu.
Tess nodded and walking away, saying that she'll bring the drinks up in a bit.
" What are you getting?" I asked him.
" Hmmm. I was thinking some pasta." He giggled.
I then noticed pasta was the only thing on the menu, only different types.
" Course." I said rolling my eyes playfully.
Tess soon brought out the lemonade and sprite, and asked for our orders. We ordered, smiling at her and thanking her.
" This is awkward..." I laughed after 5 minutes of us just sitting there.
" It really is." He said laughing with me.
I admired his features as he laughed. His small little nose crinkling up and the sides of his eyes formed little wrinkles.
The food soon came, which I was thankful for.
We ate quickly and silently having small talk.
" Now, for the second part." He smirked standing up.
