I've been sitting in this couch " cuddling" with Luke for the last 30 minutes. It's was quiet no one talked but it was comfortable silence.
Luke's hair was really soft. But I messed up its little quiff so now it was down.
" Hi." Luke said laughing
" hello." I said back
" what's your favorite animal?" He asked me
" Dog"
" your basic." He said laughing
" so are you." I said sticking my tongue out at him.
" what's your favorite animals?" I asked him
" Penguins!" He yelled getting up from my lap and running upstairs
He's not that basic if his favorite animal is a freaking penguin.
He came down with at least 5 stuffed animal penguins
I laughed.
"Okay look. This is Amanda, he likes to sit around all day and do nothing. This is Robert, he's my favorite. This is tony, he's cute. This is lily, she's tiny but mighty, this is kert, he's smartest, and this is a new one, I haven't named it yet so I'll name her Emily! To remind me of you!" He said happily placing them all in front of me.
I giggled weirdly.
I abruptly looked at the time. 11:03. Oh my lord. My mums gonna kill me.
" I have to go oh my god. " I said getting my bag.
" What why?" He sounded sad
" I told my mom id be here for 3 or so hours and I've been here like 6 and it's already 11 and oh my god I'm gonna die." I said pacing around the room.
" Just stay the night. I'm sure she won't mind. Plus I get there early everyday. It's not like your gonna be late."
I pulled out my phone and sent my mom a text.
To : the ugly one that gave me birth
" mum I'm staying the night cause it's already late. Luke can take me to school. Love you." - me
" okay I'll stay." I nodded
" yay!" Luke clapped
" where do I sleep?" I asked
" Oh crap. Um I don't think we have another guest bedroom.." He said thinking
" so..." I said
" wanna just sleep with me on the couch?" He asked laying down.
" no you can go sleep in your bed I'll sleep here it's fine."
" No I don't want you down here alone, just sleep in the couch with me." He said patting the spot next to him.
I nodded and laid down.
I felt him drawing shapes and words on my back.
It was comforting. I liked it.
Before I knew it I slowly drifted of to sleep.
