Chapter 22

The next day rolls around and I get ready to meet Alec. I sit on the floor doing my makeup like I always do. I was wearing Nat's green crew neck jumper and a grey beanie.
"Hey, you almost ready?" Nat asks me as she walks into our room.
"I think so." I say, getting up from the floor.
"You really like my clothes, huh?" She says as she wraps her arms around my neck.
"They're comfortable." I say, looking into her eyes. She pulls me in for a kiss, then deepens it. "You had to do this to me when I have to go?" I groan.

We leave and she drives me to the abandoned factory and then drives off after giving me a kiss. She was on comms and parked around 2 minutes away, so I felt safe.
"Al, hey!" I say, giving him a hug. All I had to do was distract him so he wouldn't notice me putting a tracking device onto him. When I leave, S.H.I.E.L.D will take it from there.
"Hey Y/N/N." He says, pulling me into a hug. "How has college been, now that we can properly talk about it." He asks.
"It's been nice so far, the basketball team is amazing, and my Russian professor is great." I smirk to myself as I think about Nat.
"Russian?" He asks.
"Yeah, I decided to take lessons, and it's actually pretty fun." I say. "Anyway, how's mom and dad?" I ask.
"They're good, dad's wondering when you're gonna visit." Alec says.
"I'll come visit you guys soon, I've just been so busy with college, but things should be calming soon." I say.
"That's good, are you coming around for Christmas?" He asks.

"I- I'm not sure.. I guess.." I say. If mom and dad found out that I did this, they wouldn't want me around for Christmas, they wouldn't even want me as their daughter.
"It'll be like old times, racing downstairs to open our presents, eating lots of food. I've missed you these last couple of months." He admits. It was so hard to stab him in the back like this. He's my brother, my own blood. I hug him again, this time managing to slip the chip into his pocket without him noticing.
"Alright, I'll stop by." I smile at him.

We talk for another hour or so, so it doesn't seem suspicious. He gets a call and explains that he has to leave. We hug a final time and go our separate ways.

I get into Nat's car.

"You did it?" She asks, placing a hand on my thigh, knowing how hard it was for me to do that. I nod my head. "Good work baby." She says, hugging me.

We go back to the compound and chill for the rest of the day.
"Hey, can we go out to town tomorrow? I still need to get stuff for Wanda and Carol." I say.
"Sure, I need to get stuff for Clint and Steve as well." She says.

The next day we get ready and head out to town. I get Wanda a cooking book, some of her favourite chocolate and some concert tickets. I get Carol a basketball kit for her favourite team and some tickets for a game where she gets to meet the team after. I had bought some of it online the night before, but wanted to get some stuff to make sure their presents were complete.
"Do you wanna grab lunch whilst we're here?" Nat asks.
"Yeah, what do you want?" I ask.
"Subway?" She replies.
"Heck yeah!" I say, she laughs at my response.
"Come on then." She says, taking my hand in hers.

We grab food then head back to the compound. I put the presents away in me and Nat's room then head out to chill with the others.

Hours go by, then I feel Nat tap my shoulder.
"You wanna get some... alone time?" She whispers in my ear.
"Is that even a question?" I whisper back, smiling at her.
"Come on then." She whispers back.

As soon as I get into the room Nat pins me up against the door, closing it with my body. She kisses me passionately but softly, like usual. I nod my head and she continues. I tug at her shirt and she pulls away from me and I pull the shirt over her head quickly but gently and throw it on the floor. Nat taps my thighs and I jump up and she carries me to our bed. She places me down then takes off her bottoms, leaving her in black lace underwear. I take off mine as well
"You never fail to impress." I breathe out. She smirks mischievously then gets on the bed, situating herself between my legs. She kisses me, sliding her hand into my underwear.
