The Tower- Medical Room- December, 20th
Kara sat next to the alleged Kryptonian whom Deja told her about after taking John Corben to the hospital watch by the D.E.O agents disguised as FBI agents.
"I know what it's like to be a stranger on this planet. So when you wake up, I'll be here for you. So, you never have to know what it's like to be alone." Kara said lowly to the Alien.
The Alien woke up and gasped for air, he instantly grabbed Kara by the throat and strengthened his grip on her neck and tossed her to the side through some glass and into the wall.
He took the medical stuff of him and rushed out the Medical room, a couple of D.E.O guards tried to tame him but he just pushed them out the way, he leaped down to the lower part of The Tower and walked towards the aerial exit.
He leaped off the balcony and ran off, remaining unharmed. Kara got up and flew out The Tower and flew up higher into the sky and scanned the area, she found nothing.

Kara walked into Lena's office, guided by Lena's assistant. "Ms. Luthor." Kara said as she walked towards Lena.
"Lena, please." Lena said, making it known that she prefer's to be called Lena.
"It's good to see you again, Ms. Danvers" Lena said as they shook hands.
"Well if I'm calling you Lena..."
"Kara it is." Lena said. "Um, if you have a parking ticket I can have it validated for you."
"Oh, no, no, no. That's fine, I flew here." Kara said calmly, she soon realized what she said. "On... on a bus."
Only after she said what she said, she wished she could take it back, realizing how stupid it sounded.
"Well, I'm glad to see you back here, this time without bad press surrounding me." Lena said sarcastically with a smile. "Although if you're here on the same day the president is in town to sign her Alien Amnesty Act, then..."
"I must be here to ask the sister of Earth's most notorious alien-hater her take on the President's executive order." Kara finished.
"I want to show you something." Lena said while getting up. She walked over to a box and unlocked it with her finger print and took out a device that was inside of the box.
"What is it?" Kara questioned.
"It's an alien detection device that allows humans to find out who among them is not truly one of them. It's not market-ready yet." Lena said as she began walking back over to her desk. "I mean, we're still developing the prototype. But we aim to have this device in every store, in every town all across America."
"How does it work?" Kara asked after she finished jotting down notes in her book.
"A simple skin test." Lena stated. "Okay, let me show you what a negative response looks like."
Lena put her thumb on the device and it beeped and glowed green. "Now, you try."
Kara hesitated, trying to figure out a distraction. She spoke to stall Lena. "But won't a device like this... doesn't it go against everything America is supposed to stand for?"
Lena cocked her head to the side. "Such as?"
"Well, freedom..." Kara chuckled. "Against persecution, oppression. America's has always been a country full of immigrants."
"It's also always been a country of humans." Lena retorted.
Kara laughed nervously. "Just... don't you think this device will force aliens back into the very shadows the president is trying to shine a light on?"
