Y/N's POV
After some research, we learned that Sam had donated the shield to a museum and the museum gave it to the government who then passed it on to the new Cap.
We decided to find Sam and talk to him directly. He was at an airport, about to go on a mission.
"You shouldn't have given up the shield Sam !" Bucky said as we walked towards Sam.
"It's good to see you too" Sam said with a sarcastic tone.
Sam tried ignoring us while he walked towards his plane.
"This is wrong" Bucky said.
"Hey, look, I'm working, all right ? So all this outrage is gonna have to wait"
"You didn't know what was gonna happen ?" I asked.
"No, of course I didn't know what was gonna happen. You think it didn't break my heart to see them march him out there and call him the new Captain America ?"
"This isn't what Steve wanted"
Sam stopped walking and faced us.
"Oh my god. What do you want me to do ? Call America and tell them I changed my mind ?" Sam chuckled and patted Bucky's back.
"Great reunion, be well" Sam said trying to leave but Bucky stoped him.
"You had no right to give up the shield" Bucky said.
"You're not gonna come here, in your overextended lives and tell me about what's right. Besides I have bigger things to deal with now"
"What could be bigger than this ?" Bucky asked.
Sam grabbed his phone and showed us a picture of a man wearing a black mask with a red handprint.
"This guy. His connections with rebel organizations all over eastern and central Europe, and he's strong. Too strong"
"And ?" I asked.
"Well he's connected to this online group called the Flag Smashers. Now, Redwing traced them to a building somewhere outside of Munich. So that's where I'm going"
"I don't trust Redwing" I stated.
"Me neither" Bucky agreed.
"You don't have to trust Redwing. But I'm gonna see if he's right. I have a feeling they might be a part of the Big Three"
"The Big Three ?" Bucky and I said at the same time.
"The Big Three"
"Sam I'm over a hundred years old, I don't have time for this, just tell us what the Big three is" I said.
Sam sighed.
"Androids, aliens and wizards"
"That's not a thing" Bucky said.
"It's definitely a thing. Every time we fight, we fight one of the three"
"Who are we gonna fight now, Gandalf ?" Bucky said.
"How do you know about Gandalf ?" Sam asked surprised.
"I made him read the Hobbit in 1937, when it first came out" I told Sam.
"So you see my point ?"
"No, we don't. There are no wizards" Bucky said.
"Doctor Strange"
"Is a sorcerer"
Sam laughed.
"A sorcerer is a wizard without hat. But that's not the point. These guys aren't magical. They use brute force, like you two, the incredibly annoying guy with the staring problem and his murderous girlfriend"
