Y/N's POV

I sat on my couch at home. Bucky wasn't here, I didn't know where he was. I was left alone with my thoughts.

Had I been too harsh on him ? Maybe I shouldn't have screamed ?

I sighed. It was all very confusing.

Bucky opened the apartment's door and walked inside.

I didn't move, nor did I look at him.

Bucky walked towards me and sat next to me. He tried looking at me, but I avoided eye contact.

"I still live here, so you're going to have to look at me at some point" Bucky said, jokingly.

Bucky looked down and started talking.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have hid it from you. It wasn't my place to decide what to do. I just wanted to see you happy, to see you be free. I'd give everything to go back 1942, and refuse Steve's offer to join the commando. I just wanted to live a normal life... with you" Bucky said.

"We'll live a normal life... eventually" I said as I looked at him.

I hugged him.

"We'll find a way to deal with this. You did what you thought was best" I said.

He held me tight.

"No more secrets ?" I asked.

"No more secrets, ever, I promise"

I smiled.

We went to Louisiana to see Sam. We had something to give him, and we heard about his family's boat troubles, so we wanted to help.

We saw Sam talking to two older men. They were wondering how'd they'd get a heavy box out of one of the men's trucks.

I lifted the box and put it on the ground.

"Hey Sam" I said.

"You two aren't fighting anymore ?" Sam asked jokingly, as he walked towards Bucky and I.

I laughed and Bucky handed Sam a metal suitcase.

"I called in a favour from the Wakandans" Bucky explained.

Before Sam could open the case, some pipes began breaking. Sam's sister, called him for help. Sam ran towards the pipes and grabbed a wrench to try and fix them.

"Hi" I said to Sam's sister, she waved at me.

Bucky and I walked towards Sam to help him. Bucky grabbed the wrench and helped Sam.

"You have to go up" Bucky explained as he fixed the pipe.

"See, grandpa Bucky knows a few tricks" I said.

"Why didn't you use the metal arm ?" Sam asked.

"Well, I don't always think of it immediately. I'm right-handed"

"So this is the boat ?" I asked.

"This is it"

"It's nice"
