"Where is my lovely hard working man?" I said to my favorite maid friend "in his office Y/n" she smiled "of course he is" I rolled my eyes "would you like me to run you a warm bath?" She asked "Eh why not" I shrugged "let's get started then" she smiled at me.

I sat in the tub with some music playing trying to relax while also catching up on other small work items, then something particular caught my eye "Can you call Crocodile over here please" I said "Yes ma'am" she bowed before leaving "this man" I chuckled as I read the papers

"What is it Y/n? I'm busy" he said "So Crocodile what have you been spending money on?" I said as I eyed him over the paper "a lot of things be specific" he grunted "You spent money on something pertaining a huge tank" I looked at him "Oh- that" he cleared his throat "Yes" I sat the papers down "For a particular exotic animal?" I smirked "Okay look" he sighed "the Banawani are for you" he said "Ehhh that's hard to believe" I giggled "How?!" He yelled "because you love Bananawani" I smiled "No I don't" he scoffed

"Yes you do" I giggled, "Join me?" I smiled "I'm working" he eyed me, "Oh so work is more important than me? And ITS SATURDAY!" I yelled "I work everyday" he rolled his eyes "you need a break" I whined "No I don't" he started to stand up "Not even for a couple of minutes" I said as I laid on my hands at the edge of the tub "No" he looked away "Fine" I started to stand up "I was done anyways" I crossed my arms glaring at him "I'm busy Y/n" he frowned "we're always busy" I scoffed

"Well you don't run a Mafia on the side Y/n" he frustratedly said "Yes I don't, I run an assassination business on the side but I don't let it take up all of my time" I frustratedly said "You make it seem like your whole life evolves around work. Take some time off for yourself" I said as I grabbed a towel "Then who will watch my business" he angrily chewed on his cigar "Daz" I frowned "No" he said "And why not? He's your number 2, you let him handle so much yet you won't leave your business to him for a day" I said

"He can't run it like me" he growled "So what?" I yelled "Don't yell at me because your bored" he growled "Who said I was?! I just don't want you to over work yourself is that a problem? And yeah maybe I do want to spend some alone time with my fiancé." I grabbed my robe after drying off "You see me everyday day and night even at work" he scoffed "There you go again! At work!! Work this and work that! I'm sick and tired of it. Our offices may be next to each other but we both have other things on our hands. I have constant meetings back to back while your off signing papers and going out to the casinos"

"That's my job woman!" He yelled "I work hard everyday for the both of us!" He angrily yelled "In the future when our child is born, and they ask to spend time with you will you say the same thing" I stared up at him "How do you think they would feel when you value your work so much that you don't even have time for them. Then they start to feel neglected and they would start to feel like they don't matter to you. That work is more important, that you love your job more than your own family" I said quietly with my fist clenched.

"No of course not!" Crocodile yelled "you say that but do you really mean it? Put yourself in my shoes... I work hard too just as much as you while also carrying a child that makes me sick all the time and I get a lot of aches and pains all throughout my body. Stressed over work over our work, but you don't see myself obsessing over it do you? No, I don't I value personal time but I don't think you do" I said as I walked away.

Crocodile's POV
"Damn woman" I growled as I watched her leave, "Tch after I bought all this stuff for her" I angrily said as I started to walk back to my office. She doesn't know the importance of upholding such a strong title, and she's complaining about me working. "Tch" I grabbed my lighter lighting my cigar angrily smoking.
