A married couple?! A Mitch Rapp story! Part Thirteen

A few more days had passed. And still they hadn't told Stan and Irene. But Marie had a feeling they already guessed.
She was laying on the sofa hand on her tummy.
She was feeling hungry.
"Mitch sweetie". Marie said. He looked up at her. He knew when she called him that she wanted something. He smiled at her.
"Are you hungry?" He said.
"I am yeah. Can we order something please". Marie said. Looking at him. He couldn't help but smile on how cute she looked. He moved to her and looked at her, leaning down giving her a kiss. She rang her hands throw his hair. She loved his kisses. Moaning into his mouth.
He kissed her neck gently.
"What shall we order?" Mitch said.
"McDonald's". Marie said. He knew she was going to say that. He moved and laid down with her taking out his phone.
He soon ordered the food. As she laid her head on his chest.
"You know, I think they have already guessed". Marie said.
"What about?" Mitch said.
"The baby". Marie said. Mitch moved and looked at her.
"Irene's eyes kept looking at my tummy. I think they figured it out and are waiting for us to tell them". Marie said.
"If they have figured it out, why hasn't Stan killed me yet?" Mitch said.
Marie couldn't help but laugh.
"Well maybe Irene has said something to him about that, and told him not too". Marie said.
Mitch placed his hand on her tummy. Her tummy had got a bit bigger. The baby was growing which was good.
Mitch couldn't help but keep his hand there.
Both jumped at the sudden knock on the door. Mitch reaching for his gun.
"Babe, its the delivery man". Marie said.
Mitch got up and went and got the food. Thanking the driver he closed the door.
Placing the bag on the table. He helped her sit up.
They soon eat the food. Marie was hungry the baby was also as well.

Mitch couldn't stop touching her stomach. He was still getting used to the fact that he was going to be a father. Plus the fact a baby they had both made was growing inside her tummy.
Marie looked at him and smiled. Just as their baby started to move around.
"What's wrong?" Mitch said.
"Nothing is wrong". Marie said.
"Then what is it?" Mitch said.
"Our baby just moved". Marie said.
"What no way, oh man. You can feel our baby moving. I want to feel the baby as well". Mitch said.
"Babe, you will. When the baby gets more bigger you will feel our baby as well with your hand". Marie said. Kissing him.
"Oh man. This is so good. Hey baby, I'm your daddy". Mitch said. As he kissed her stomach. He carried on talking to her tummy. Marie couldn't help but smile even more. She knew the baby would be able to hear him.
She could feel movement when Mitch spoke. She couldn't help but smile even more.
She knew he would protect them. He already loved there baby and he or she wasn't even born yet.

Irene and Stan was reading throw a lot of stuff regarding important stuff.
"You know they haven't told use yet, but I'm sure Marie knows we know". Irene said.
"Yes. I know. I'm still getting my head around things. Mitch is going to be a father. This is going to take some getting used to". Stan said.
"Well he's an adult and so is Marie. Married couples have children all the time". Irene said. Stan looked at Irene she knew what he was thinking.
"Yes I know. But things change. It's shown that he's fallen in love with her for real. So let them be happy. But we need to find these people Stan, and fast". Irene said.
"I know, I know. And I'm not sending Mitch to find them. He needs to be by Marie's side. I don't want nothing happening to either Marie or the baby". Stan said.
Irene looked at him.
"You this isn't your first grand child". Irene said.
"Yes I know. I wasn't there for them. But I'm sure as hell going to make up for it and be their for this one. I'm not risking their lives. We needs to start a follow on them. Paper work only tells us so much". Stan said.
"Ok, so we send someone under cover to draw them out or to watch them and then we can do what needs to be done to keep Mitch's family safe". Irene said.
"Yes. Also I think we should keep us knowing about her pregnancy to our selfs and not tell anyone here, as I'm sure they haven't. Only person who will know will be the doctor". Stan said.
"And she's not allowed to say anything at all patient privacy". Irene said.
"We need to make sure though. As I'm sure that doctor as a little bit of crush on Mitch. But he didn't want to know". Stan said.
"Yeah. I noticed that. Best we make sure everything is covered, to keep them safe. Plus Marie's other child as well, well children". Irene said.
Stan nodded. He was still not happy with Mitch. But this was their choice and all they could do was protect them especially Marie.

As the day went on. They soon found where the people might be. So Irene and Stan sent two people to go under cover to watch them and report back.
" Maybe we should go and see Mitch and Marie and let them know what is happening". Irene said.
"Yes. But have to be careful". Stan said.
Irene nodded and both her and Stan left the office heading to Mitch's place.
There was a knock on the door, making Mitch jump up. Going for his gun. He walked to the door. Looking throw the peep hole. Signing he unlocked the door.
"Jesus man. You made me and Marie jump". Mitch said. Opening the door and allowing them in. Marie sat up slowly. And covering her tummy. She looked up when she saw Irene and Stan stood there.
"So what beings you two here?" Marie said.
They listened as Irene said what they was doing to find the people.
"Let's hope there found soon then". Marie said.
"You guys know, don't you?" Mitch said.
Marie looked at him then at them.
"Know about what?" Irene said.
"About Marie being pregnant?" Mitch said. Marie looked at them both as they nodded.
"I told you they knew. But how, I've not said anything". Marie said.
"You didn't have too. I worked it out. When you stopped training. Plus they way your dressing and the way Mitch is even more near you. Plus we hardly see you both. So that kind of gave to away". Irene said.
"Ok well. Now you know. Was a bit worried in telling you, well especially Stan". Marie said. Looking at him.
"Yes. We have had a talk about him wanting to kill Mitch". Irene said. Mitch looked at Marie.
"Well your going to have too get used to the fact that me and Mitch are having a baby. And no your not killing him. We are both adults". Marie said.
"Yes I know. I'm still trying to get my head around the fact that Mitch is going to be a father". Stan said.
"He's going to make a good dad". Marie said.
"Yes. But have you guys thought about what happens when all this is over and the people are dealt with". Stan said.
"Well yeah. We carry on being a family. Marie has already said yes to marrying me for real". Mitch said.
This took both Irene and Stan by surprise. They looked at one another.
"Wow for real. And you said yes for real?" Stan said.
"Yes I did. Me and Mitch both want this for real this baby is a blessing especially for Mitch". Marie said. Looking at him and smiling.
"Well you know what I'm going to say. You make sure you look after her. Now and forever ok". Stan said.
"You know I will. We need to deal with these people". Mitch said.
"Yes I know. But you stay by Marie's side ok. And once we have found them or a location we will deal with them ok". Irene said. Mitch looked at Marie and nodded.
"Ok so what are you having?" Irene said. Making Stan look at her.
"What this is so exciting". Irene said. Making Marie laugh a bit. As Stan rolled his eyes.
"Can we keep this between us and of course the doctor?" Marie said.
"We can. And don't worry we make sure she doesn't say anything". Irene said.
"Yes I know she's the person who has a thing for my husband here". Marie said.
"Yes. But don't worry she will be spoken too". Stan said.
Marie smiled at Mitch. They spent sometime talking about things especially regarding the baby.

Irene and Stan left later that evening. Mitch locked up behind then. Making sure the place was safe.

Marie was now in the bed room. Changing her clothes. She sat on the bed. Has Mitch sat behind her. His head on her shoulder and his hand on her tummy. She had no top on. But neither of them cared.
He ran his hand over her tummy.
"Well at least we know they know". Marie said.
"Oh yes. I'm still worried Stan might try and kill me". Mitch said.
