I sat nervously on my bed watching as the sun set below the sea rain battering the windows I was ready for bed in my little nightie and Arthur stood having a drink, I waited till he finished his drink and I got up working on slipping off my nightie but he stopped my hands quickly and pushed me away "I uhh I have to tell you something" he says
"what is it?" I asked as he sat down and sat me down beside him
"You are my queen, and I will be your king. I will do my duty to you, I will be your husband, and do the duties that by law I am meant to for you" he says "I cannon deny my lady you are a very intelligent, very beautiful woman and it's not that I don't find you attractive" He explained "Its just that... I struggle with attraction. to... women" He explained
"so... you like-"
"Like men" He says
"then... where do we go from here?"
"this, must be kept a secret from the kingdom. you know they'll gut me if they found out the sinful behaviours I indulge, I swear to you my queen I will be your husband, I will have you, hold you as my queen, if you ask it of me I'll give you a baby to take the throne after us" He explained "But... I will not take bed with you unless you ask it of me"
"Arthur. I couldn't ask it of you. I could never ask you to do these things and I wouldn't want them if your heart wasn't in it, your my king and I support you and all your choices"
"You will be a wonderful queen" He smiled "you rest my queen, I will go to my room. I'll see you at breakfast"
