"after all that time? You still cared for me? Still loved me?"
"With all my heart my little princess" he smiled kissing my head "I went to war to save my little princess. And to finally have her as my own"
"If you'd had told me that when I first arrived. Things would be different"
"What does it matter now. You hate me for how I treated you and you know what your right to. I was a dick. A stupid idiot for listening to anything any of them said. If I could do it over. I would have brought you here brought you flowers like I used to, told you everything and given you everything I have, made you my queen and spoil you beyond measure. But what does it matter now. Your going."
"... Where am I supposed to go?"
"What?"
"You said yourself. All the leaders from the south want me dead and there's like left loyal to the north now, most of them will hate me for still being alive. Where am I supposed to go?"
"..... Are. Are you staying you'll stay? After everything I did to you?"
"If you promise it's the end of it?"
"I promise! I won't hurt you. Or do anything bad to you again I promise"
"Okay. Then I'll stay but... If something happens I go"
"I understand. Can I still call you princess?"
"Yes" I giggled
"It's late. I'll go let you rest"
"You can. Stay here if you want to?"
"You mean it?"
"I do. So long as you can find me some real clothes"
"I know where some are" he smiled giving my cheek a kiss before going off to the wardrobe fetching me a little nightie he changed too and we got into bed with nothing but the candle flickering to light the room I moved a little and laid my head on his chest, I felt his breathing tighten a moment before he began petting my hair
"Where did you sleep? Before you slept up here?"
"Downstairs."
"With the girls?"
"Yes... but I locked the door I slept on my own"
"Liar"
"I am not a liar. Go down and ask them if you like I always slept on my own."
"Lies"
"It's not lies I swear" he chuckled kissing my head "why would I lie to my little princess?"
"Lots of reasons"
"I swear I never spend the night with the girls."
"You said you did."
"Well I wanted to make you think I... Had done it before"
"So you lied to me?"
"A little white lie princess. I was so... Egar And excited to finally have you I wanted to not make you scared so I wanted to sound more... Experienced for you but. I'm still s virgin."

"I don't remember, what are you talking about?"
"You weren't feeling well that day, your family had gone out for the day wouldn't be back till late the next day, you called the kitchen for some strawberries and chocolate so I brought it up for you with a couple of flowers and... You kissed me"
"Just a little cheek kiss it was nothing" I argued
"You really don't remember after that?"
"No why?"
"You kissed me. On the lips that time."
"So wh-"
"And dragged me into your bed with you. We kissed for so long that night... You asked me to touch you? And I couldn't say no to the princess. I said of course a princess shouldn't have to touch herself. We made out and you let me... Touch your breasts. We would have gone further but they called me back to the kitchens before we could do anymore." He smirked
"I don't recall this" I lied
"Liar." He smirked "why do you think I threw you on your old bed and kissed you like that when I first brought you here? Partly hoping you'd remember and because.... I've waited so long to continue that night"

"Alright. Not tonight I've waited this long I can wait a few more days. Or weeks. Or months" he chuckled "goodnight princess"
