CHAPTER 22 - Confession

Pratap was following the gang he was being really cautious, he then felt some moment behind him, he turned around to see some men behind him.

- "Who are you?! And why are you following us?!!"

- "Let's just kill him before he escapes!!"

- "Yes kill him!!"

The gang then started shouting kill, the leader took out his sword, pratap too took out his sword and the leader and pratap started fighting. Pratap was winning but then someone shot a arrow in his back he winced in pain.
The leader was about to attack pratap but Then three arrows were shot, three gang members fell on the ground dead.
Everyone looked around but then more arrows were shot and in minutes all the gang members fell on the ground. Someone jumped from the tree.

Pratap :- "Who are you?"

The person looked up.

Pratap :-" Aparajita!"

Aparajita ran towards pratap.

Aparajita :- "Arya you are hurt!"

Pratap :- "I'm not.."

Aparajita :- "Arya I know! "

She had tears in her eyes, she quickly wiped the blood, aparajita took out haldi from her pocket and applied it on his wound, she then put the bandage on his wound. All this while pratap kept looking at aparajita he was confused as to how she got to know.

Pratap :- "Aparajita.."

Aparajita :- "I know what you are going to ask arya. I heard you guys yesterday..I saw guru dev going to your room and someone was following him I got worried so I followed him...And then I heard everything."

Pratap sighed he wanted to tell aparajita everything he didn't wanted her to find out this way.

Pratap :- "Aparajita I wanted to tell you everything but I couldn't I'm sorry."

Aparajita :- "Arya please don't say sorry I understand...I'm not angry at you yes I was first but then I thought about it and you are right.."

Pratap cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead.

Pratap :- "I'm sorry aparajita for what happened with you I'm sorry for not being there when you needed me the most I'm sorry."

Aparajita :- "Arya please don't say sorry actually Thank you for supporting me thank you for trusting me so much."

Pratap :- "I trust you more than anything aparajita you are my life!"

Aparajita :- "I Love you arya! I wanted to tell you this from so long but finally I got the chance...I love you! I love you!
I love you!!"

Aparajita and pratap now couldn't hold back their tears.

Pratap :- "I Love you too Aparajita! I love you more than anything and anyone!!!"

Aparajita kissed pratap's cheeks,pratap couldn't help but blush hard at this.

Pratap :- "Chori how shameless you are!!"

Pratap said in shivaay's style, aparajita chuckled and kissed his cheeks one more time.

Aparajita :- "Hey I'm kissing MY husband not a stranger so why should I feel ashamed!!??"

Pratap :- "Oh really? So how about this?.."

Pratap held her waist and pulled her close..He looked into her eyes..

Pratap :- "Can I ?"

Aparajita Nodded, they both leaned in but then they heard someone speaking they quickly hide behind a bush. Then they saw none other than ranjit with some group of men. They were too shocked, what was ranjit doing their?!

Ranjit :- "Who killed this people find out!! I don't want my plan to be ruined!! I want to destroy my brother !!"

Pratap was shocked, not even in his dream he excepted it to be ranjit his little brother and on top of that he wanted to destroy him.

Ranjit :- "Always always all the highlight was on pratap! I'm sick of him!! He stole my throne, he even stole aparajita from me I wanted to marry aparajita so I could have her kingdom but my plan failed!!!"

Aparajita was shocked, that was his real motive she couldn't believe that she thought she loved him.

Ranjit :- "I was the one who sneaked my men into samar kingdom and blamed it on my righteous brother.. and now avanti will be destroyed because guess what Nalanda kingdom is going to attack avanti!!"

Ranjit laughed.

Ranjit :- "Why aren't you guys saying anything?!!"

He turned to see all his men on the floor dead and pratap and aparajita glaring at him. He was terrified.

Ranjit :- "bhai I ..."

He then tried to run away but pratap quickly caught him.

Pratap :- "Not even once I thought you will be like this ranjit you broke my trust and not only mine but aparajita's you broke maa's trust you broke the trust of avanti!! And you will be punished but now I need to go back to avanti !! because of you avanti is in danger!"

Aparajita :- "I'll come with you too!"

Pratap :- "OK."

Pratap dragged ranjit back to the ashram he informed sourabh and rishi ashwin about everything rishi ashwin held ranjit captive. And without any further due aparajita and pratap took off toward avanti.
