Ch.8-fake frienships

Since Blake leaves for an away game today, I'm going to hang out with Brynn and Ford. We totally need to catch up. Plus, I have nothing to do. I need to start looking for a job since Sam already has one. She's at work right now actually.

K-hello?
B-hey girl its Brynn
K-hey! So what are the plans for today?
B-hmm how about we take Ford to the park and we can catch up?
K-then lunch after?
B-sounds like a plan. I'll be there is like an hour.
K-alright. See ya

I lowkey feel like today is gunna get awkward. I mean she did have my boyfriends kid. That's kinda weird.but hopefully she won't bring that up. I know I won't.

-at the park-
"So how did you meet Blake?" She said putting her hair in a bun. Great. "Oh we met at a friend's party" I lie. I don't want her making comments on how we met. "Oh that's nice. How long have you guys been together?" She said watching Ford. "Oh, only for a week we are moving a bit fast honestly." I say shyly. "Oh alright, well good luck " she said with no emotion. What's that supposed to mean...whatever.

"We should take a selfie" she said getting her phone out. "Oh yea definitely! We should get Ford in it" I said only to see her reaction. "Yea we should! She said before calling Ford over. "Yes mommy?" He said in the cutest way. "We are gunna take a picture" she said with a huge smile on her face. "Okay" We took like 5. "What's your Insta?" She asked looking at her phone. I typed it in her phone And then we left the park.

-at lunch-
We have only been here for 5 minutes and we have literally taken 30 pictures. People mostly recognize Brynn and Ford but some people recognize me.
How on earth to they know I'm Blake's girlfriend? We have been together for a week and it's not like we have told anyone it hung out in public.

This is so strange. Some people were asking for my Instagram name also. I went from 800 followers to like 8,000 in like an hour. That's when I realized I didn't follow blake. I followed him and DJ and Brynn, then, I put my phone away.

After 20 minutes of peace another fan came over. Something was weird about her. She didn't ask for a pic, or my Instagram, or anything close. "So how do you two know each other?
Remember me Kam?" She said with a smirk and showing me a picture of the time she saw blake and I together. Fuck. We have been out in public. "You guys won't be friends for long, blake has secrets" she said smirking. "Little girl please go somewhere with all that" Brynn said calmly surprising me. "Fine but this isn't over" the girl said before walking away. I guess Brynn could tell I was a bit startled by the comment. "Don't worry Kam, fan girls say stuff like that all the time. You and blake will be fine." She said reassuringly. "Alright" I said shyly. We left shortly after that.

-back at home-
Today was a crazy ass day honestly. I feel like Brynn lowkey doesn't like me. I can't blame her though. I wouldn't like me if I was in her situation.

Blake just texted and asked to FaceTime in 10 min so that's all I'm doing. They play tomorrow in San Antonio and I'm nervous for them to be honest. It's gunna be a hard game. One thing Blake doesn't know about me is I follow basketball and I play basketball. He will find out eventually..

"hey baby" I said staring at how cute she looks. "Hey babe. I miss you" she said with a huge smile on her face. "I miss you too. Where's Sam?" I said trying to start a convo. "At work" she said plainly. That kinda threw me off because she seems quite unhappy. "Ah okay. Have fun with Brynn yesterday?" I said questioningly. "Yea how'd you know? Insta?" She said smiling. She's so cute honestly. "Yea and thanks for the follow. I followed you back" I said jokingly. "Haha oh why thank you baby" she said putting her hair in a bun. She's just so adorable.

-30 min later-
"Babe I need to get some sleep so I'll call you before my game. You better watch." I said taking my shirt off. "Way too tease Blake..goodnight, sleep well" she said smirking. "Haha goodnight babe" I said hanging up.

I really like Kam honestly. She's so cute and I love her attitude. It's so sexy. I really don't want to mess things up with her. The only problem is I don't like her and Brynn hanging out. I need to stop that. Fast.
