Ch.37-Gone

Sam's P.O.V

I've clearly fucked up. Major. I don't really know how to handle what I've done. At first I didn't think lying about being pregnant would be that bad. I figured he would find out the truth and be relieved.

I'm glad Kam never knew about this part. Hopefully DJ didn't. Not that he would ever want to speak to me again.

Since this whole thing is such a mess,
I'm moving back to Chicago. I'm going by to DJ's while he's at practice And I'm going to get my stuff so I can leave tomorrow.

I already bought my plane ticket so they won't be seeing me anytime soon.

DJ's P.O.V

I have a missed call from Sam but I'm not calling back. Not only do I have nothing to say to her but I don't want her on my mind at practice.

I really can't fucking believe my best friend right now. And I have to see this fool in an hour. I swear if he tries to talk to me I'm gunna loose it.

----at practice----

Blake's P.O.V

This is about to be so awkward. I haven't talked to DJ since the day he and Kam stormed out. I know he hates me and I'm fucked. I lost my best friend and my girlfriend over a girl that I don't like at all.

When I walk in I greet some of the guys then go sit down. DJ never looks up from tying his shoe when all the other guys say what's up. I sit next to DJ to put my shoes on just so I don't cause suspicion. As soon as I sit down he stands up and starts too shoot around.

I notice a few guys stare but they don't make a big deal of it thank god. I'm sure they will all be talking about it by the end of practice.

I also know I'm going to get nothing done today because all I can think about are Kam and the baby. I feel so bad for missing the appointment and now she won't even answer my calls.

Kam's P.O.V

When I get home I notice that the house feels empty. I go into my room to see it untouched but I go into Sam's room and find it practically deserted. Great. She left. She always used to run away when we were little. When her parents would treat her like shit. She would run to my house. Now, I have to idea where she could be.

All this stress is really making me nervous considering I'm pregnant. I'm not saying anything terrible is going to happen but I do need to just relax for a while.

---an hour later---

I noticed I dozed off with my finger still pressing the TV remote so my TV is freaking out at the moment. Once I turn it off to deal with later, I hear a knock on the door. Honestly if it's Blake I will slam the door in his face.

When I get to the door I open it to an interesting surprise.

"Hey DJ what's going on? Come in" I said closing the door behind him.

"Hey yea um I know you're still mad at Sam but have you talked to her at all?" He said sitting down on my couch.

"Um she's called like twice but no I haven't answered or anything why?" I said joining him on the opposite side of the couch.

"Well when I got home from practice I noticed all her stuff was gone. And I figured you didn't let her move back in so I wanted to know if you knew where she was."

"Yea. All her stuff is gone from here too. You don't think..?"

"No.." He sighed. "You think?"

"Only one way to find out" I said breathing heavy.

---in the car---

Kam's P.O.V

I swear if that asshole is letting her stay with him I'm going to kill them both. I'd pray he had more sense then that. He's really risking loosing his best friend over a girl. He's so dumb.

"I honestly don't even wanna know if she is" DJ said breathing heavily.

"Yea I feel you. But we need answers and if she is staying here then we need to know that these are two people we don't need in our life's. I mean not like you can avoid him much unfortunately but, ya know." I said pulling up to Blake's.

"Yea I know. Playing with him definitely doesn't help."

When we get up to his door step,DJ knocks. It takes a while for an answer but he opens the door eventually. He looks super surprised and a little confused.

Blake's P.O.V

I honestly did not expect them two to be at the door. I thought it was gunna be Sam.

"Hey...what's up guys" I said stepping back so they could come in but they don't move.

"We don't need to come in." Kam said with a huge attitude.

"Okay so what's up?" I said putting my hands in my pockets while letting out a huge sigh.

"Have you heard from Sam?" DJ said.

"Why? What's wrong?"

"You seem a bit concerned there Blake. Why so worried? She your girlfriend now?" Kam said crossing her arms.

"What? No! I just ... I don't know where she is. Why? You think I know?" I said starting to sweat. I didn't mean to seem super concerned.

"All her stuff is gone from both our houses but we also haven't heard from her and if she's not here then we have no idea where she could be." DJ said seeming frustrated.

"You guys want be to give her a call?" I said reaching for my phone.

"We tried calling. Unless you think she would answer to you and not us" Kam said again with a lot of attitude.

"Kam please stop that. I made a mistake okay? And I'm super sorry and I regret it one hundred percent."

"Look guys we aren't here for that. What are we gunna do about Sam she can't just go missing." DJ said looking worried.

"Guys...I know exactly where she is." Kam said quietly while looking at her phone.

"Where!?" DJ and I said simultaneously.

"She went back home to Chicago..."
