As soon as he switched off the engine my stomach began to flip.

He quickly reached into the back seat while leaning closer to me. I couldn't help but find the simple action hot.

His eyes suddenly shot to mine and the close proximity made me nervous. I'm sure my cheeks were burning red.

I thought back to the time he kissed me and then me slapping him. Little did I know back then how crazy he was.

He slung the black leather bag into my lap.

"It's heavy" I muttered to myself

He checked his watch before reaching over my lap and grabbing my door handle. He pushed the car door open.

"Go"

I looked between the open door and then back to him as if hoping he would suddenly change his mind and not make me do this.

"You never told me your name" I found myself stating

"It's better that way"

"But what if you're friend asks?"

Silence.

Deciding that he wasn't going to answer, I slipped out of the seat.

"Achilles"

I didn't respond. I simply closed the door and turned towards the park entrance.

I placed one foot in front of the other and made my way through the park.

I thought about running but what good would that do. He knew where I lived, he knew where I worked. There was so escape except for death.

I didn't want to die.

I reached the park exit but paused my feet. Richard would be on the opposite side waiting for me.

Would he be expecting me or was he expecting Achilles?

I checked over my shoulder, wondering if I would spot anyone spying on me. I couldn't see anyone but I assumed the bushes had eyes.

Taking a deep breath I pushed myself forward and out of park.

Two men stood side by side leaning against a posh looking car.

One smoked a cigarette whilst the other eagerly stared at his watch.

I stepped forward hesitantly. The sooner I do this, the sooner I go home.

Once in front of the pair, they both brought there eyes towards my face.

The left man stood tall with a skinny frame. He blew out a puff a smoke before dropping his cigarette to ground and stamping on it. He wore a brown suit with his hair gelled back neatly on top of his head.

The man on the right looked slightly older. He wore grey trouser pants with a matching waistcoat and white shirt underneath.

"Richard?" I spoke

The man on the right smirked before standing upright instead of leaning on the car.

"That would be me sweetheart"

I watched as his eyes ran over my body. I disliked the way that made me feel. I shifted uncomfortably.

"Do you come free with the delivery?" He smirked

I shoved the bag closer to him.

"No"

"Achilles got good taste huh" the man on the left spoke

I glanced his way before looking back down to the bag. Richard then took it out my hand.

"Sure does nephew"

Knowing I'd passed over the bag, I turned to leave thinking my job here was done.

A hand grabbed me forearm and harshly spun me around.

"Oh no sweet heart, not so fast" Richard spoke

My heart beat become deafening. He could most likely feel my blood rushing through my veins with his tight grip.

"Check the bag" Richard demanded his nephew

Richards grip remained on my arm as we watched his nephew unzip the bag that rested on the roof of their car.

He dug through the bag before closing the zip.

"All good" he spoke

What a damn relief

"You're lucky sweet heart. You're free to leave" Richard spoke whilst releasing my arm.

I took that as my cue to leave.

I heard both doors of the car doors slam behind me as I made my way towards the park once again.

I was about to step through the entrance when a terrifying bang sounded behind.  It's echoed through my ears and I dropped to the floor.

I nervously turned my head to look over my shoulder.

Bright orange flames danced high into the sky, their stage being the car that Richard and his nephew just got in to.

I could feel the heat from the roaring flames even from this distance. There was no way they survived that explosion.

They're dead.

Suddenly vomit rose up my throat and I couldn't help but spew on the pavement that I led on.

They're fucking dead.

Tears began flowing from my eyes as my body began uncontrollably shaking.

I was involved in their deaths.

"N-no.... Please" I cried to myself

I tried to move but I couldn't tear my eyes away from the scene in front of me.

The car was fully consumed by wild flames.

"Callie get the fuck up"

I knew it was Achilles but I still couldn't force myself to look at him.

This was his fault.

"Dead...d-dead" I stuttered

"Callie take my hand" he demanded

He stepped directly in to my line of sight which caused my eyes to now focus on him. Not even his large frame could fully block the view of the flames.

"You... was that you?" I managed to ask

"Partly but I couldn't have done it without you darling"

Spinning.

I lost all control of my sight, everything was a spinning blur.

Darkness.
