Author's POV

Kai entered his mansion. He sighed from exhaustion and flopped on the sofa. He loosened his tie and closed his eyes. Sehun was probably asleep right now. For a few minutes, kai took nap till when he felt hands on him.

He opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was sehun massaging his shoulder. Sehun smiled when kai opened his eyes. "Tired?" sehun pecked a kiss on kai's forehead and continued massaging. Kai grinned. "It's okay I am fine." kai held his hand to stop him.

"Shh..." sehun resorted and continued. "So how did it go?" sehun asked. "As planned." kai said. "Did you eat anything?" sehun asked. "Would cook for me?" kai smiled. "I already did, go fresh up I'll warm it up." sehun patted kai. "Ahh... I'm so tired..." kai stretched his body. "So?" sehun raised his eyebrow.

"Would you like to scrub my back for me...?" kai smirked. "I am afraid of saying no." sehun pouted. "Okayyy... Let's go." kai picked up sehun bridal. "Kai..." sehun giggled.

They were in the bathtub right now. But kai was the one who was sitting back and sehun was resting on him. "Kai?" sehun said softly. "Mm?" kai hummed. "I forgot but what about chanie?" sehun said. "Ah... He is very upset. I went to meet him, and he whined about you saying that 'When Mom will come?' he missed his mom so much." kai chuckled. 

"I feel bad for him." sehun sighed. "It's okay, I visited him every day and told him good things about you. He won't hate you." Kai placed his chin on sehun's shoulder. "When should we bring him to stay with us?" sehun asked. "I am dying to bring him but what happened right now I don't think I can protect him if I can't even protect you." kai sighed. 

"Kai doesn't blame it on yourself whatever happened it all happened now we can't do anything about it." sehun looked at him. "I don't want him to grow up without having any love of parents, we can't just keep him there whole life." sehun added. 

"I know I am just scared." kai said. "Kai, wasn't your dad ever scared to keep y'all with him? Of course, he was but he thought you are safe with him rather than any place." sehun said. "You're right. But what if something happened that I am scared of?" kai was concerned. "You were scared because you had no one to take care of him, you have me now." sehun smiled. 

"Of course I have you." kai kissed sehun. "Let's go and have dinner." sehun said, kai nodded excitedly.

"Sehun you have to come with me tomorrow?" kai said while they were having dinner. "Where?" sehun was confused. "Here, listen." kai gave him something to hear. "Kai this..." sehun was shocked. "Are you in? It only way we can solve it without any violence." kai held sehun's hand. "Why not? If it keeps you out of trouble of course I will." sehun nodded. "NO No, you're not doing this for me and even I am not doing this for myself, it's for you. I am doing this for you, you'll do it for yourself." kai said in a serious tone.

"Okay..." sehun sighed. "It's really for you or it's not a big deal for me to..." kai stopped himself. Sehun rolled his eyes jokingly. "So?" kai asked. "Is it even a question to ask? It's for me." sehun shrugged. "Ahhh my baby boy." kai pinched both cheeks. "Ahh it hurts..." sehun pouted. "Only if I was not tired right now." kai sighed and smirked. "Shut up." sehun rolled his eyes. "Let's go and sleep." sehun added and walked away.  

"Uh.." kai hesitated. "Why aren't you coming?" sehun asked while standing on the stairs. "I have some work I will complete it and come?" kai said. "Come soon." sehun smiled and went back into his room.

Sehun woke up in the middle of the night, kai wasn't beside him. He went down to see him, he saw kai still working in his office and luhan sitting on the sofa, yawing. He went into the kitchen and made some coffee for them. He offered a glass to luhan. "Luhan you can go home. I will tell kai." sehun said. "No sehun I have a lot of work to do." Luhan resorted. "It's okay... You can go." sehun was stubborn. "Okay I will go after finishing the coffee." luhan nodded.

Sehun walked up to kai's mini-office. He first knocked on the door, of course, he has to follow the rules. "Yess." kai smiled. "Kai, what is this? Look at the time." sehun scolded him. "It's just..." kai did not see anything but coffee. "Thank you." he snatched it from sehun. "What are you working on?" sehun looked around.

"It's about the thing that earlier happened. We try as much as we can for you to stay out of the trouble." kai took a sip of coffee. "Thank you." Sehun felt good. "It's good!!!" kai sipped coffee and gave him thumbs up. "What happened?" kai asked as he saw sehun spacing out. "Nothing just.." sehun smiled.

"Come here." kai pulled him and made him sit on his lap. "Kai..." sehun didn't resort. "What happened? Tell me." kai caressed his hair. "I am just happy, because of you." sehun smiled. "Really?" kai smirked. "Kai..." sehun grabbed kai's face and kissed him on the forehead. "I love you." he said. "Idiot... I love you too." kai flicked his head but ended up being serious. 

"Sehun, I don't know if you know this but I have never done anything for anyone but you. We may never be a perfect couple or parents but all I know is, that I love you the most in this world. You have made my life much better." kai rubbed his finger on sehun's hand. "Of course." sehun smirked.

"Nothing for me?" kai raised his brow. "What for you?" sehun played innocent. "Nothing to say for me?" kai furrowed. "I am bad with words.." sehun said. "Oh, are you? Then what about...?" kai leaned closer. Sehun giggled and leaned back.

"Why?" kai asked. "I guess I should give a try with words once." sehun smiled. "Okay go ahead..." kai sighed and rested back. "Um... I don't think so words will satisfy you." sehun whispered leaning closer. "You understood the assignment." kai whispered and smirked.

Kai held his neck and pulled him closer. He brushed his lips with sehuns. He pulled out of the kiss to see sehun. Sehun smiled and closed their distance. Kai smirked and kissed him passionately. Kai held his waist and pulled him closer, sehun encircled his hand around his neck and tighten themselves.

"Brother!!!" someone interrupted their sweet moment.

"Agh... Who's now at this time?!" kai said in annoyance. Sehun chuckled and got up to see who came.

"Brother!!!" another voice came. Luhan was taking a nap, he got up and unlocked the door. "Master." luhan half bowed to the guest. Kai was still in his office with sehun standing beside him. "Brother!" Kai saw Lay and tao worried faces.

Kai stoops up concerned. Kai walked out of the office followed by sehun. "What happened?" sehun asked. "Brother, Sehun come here sit first." tao said and made them sit.

"What happened it's 2 at night, right now?" kai asked. Luhan brought them some water. Lay gulped down all of his water in one breath. "Slowly what are you doing..." sehun sighed. "No, I don't want." Tao denied. Just two types of people in while panicking.

"What happened say at once." kai was curious. Sehun patted his shoulder to keep him calm. "Brother, we got some parcel from someone and it didn't relate to us But I am scared if it does in any sense." Lay was serious.

"Let me have a look." kai asked for the parcel. "Oh, I forgot..." Lay cursed himself. "Oiii why are you like this?!" Tao flicked his head. "Brother here, we got the same thing," Tao added and handle the parcel. Kai opened it revealing a filled envelope.

Kai opened the envelope, he saw some pictures. Kai clenched his teeth as soon as he saw the pictures. "Kai..." sehun was shocked. "So is it related to us?" Lay asked. "Where's your boyfriend and your girlfriend?" kai asked them. "I sensed something is wrong so I sent them to a safe place." Tao nodded. "Good." kai said.

"What's the scene brother?" Lay asked. "Thing is..." luhan explained to them but not really.
