Marcy's Pov
"Are you sure you won't be eating those?" I asked, staring at the girl who was still digusted at the sight of bugs.
She told me I can take them and I immediately grabbed every ounce of bug in the plate for myself. It's her loss if she doesn't wanna try them, they're really good.
Right after I finished, anne had told me all about planet earth. Kind of a shame there isn't much else to talk about it. It's always so nice to hear her talk about her world.
"Say... you never told me how exactly you ended up here. I mean, is it kind of strange how you also got transported in amphibia but at a young age?"
Staring at anne, I thought about it for a while and realized how much I never really paid much attention to it. Father would always tell me not to dwell on it too much as it wasn't important to discuss about.
"To tell you the truth, I don't really know how I ended up here. Most of my childhood memories are blurry and I can't seem to get the answers that I've been looking for"
I replied. The night was quiet as it always is and I changed the topic by asking anne a question that involved about her parents.
"My parents?"
"Yeah, I wanna know what they're like, that's all"
I said. Anne drove her attention away from me for a bit before placing it back to me as she begins talking about how her parents were like back home.
The rest of the night flew by quickly and after hearing anne's amazing story about her parents, we both had fallen asleep in our own dreams.
Third Person Pov (Marcy's Dream)
"I'm sorry marcy..." A woman said as she smiles at her daughter one last time.
"M-Mummy d-don't leave me!" Marcy shouted back.
Her mother stared in silence before placing one last kiss on her forehead while tears poured out from her eyes.
"This is for your own good marcy, remember that this is the only way you'll be safe from any harm. Forgive us"

"Don't worry marcy, I'll take very good care of you"
King andrias said as he walked alongside marcy who was still uneasy about the giant newt walking beside her.
"You will?" Marcy asked with a nervous voice.
"Yes, I promise. Now... why don't you rest for a little bit young marcy. We don't want you tired by morning do we?"
"Mmm... Okay"

"You monster!"
"Marcy go! Take it and leave!"
Little marcy trembles in fear at the sight of what seems to be her parents laying on the ground with a pool of blood surrounding them.
She stared at something on her hand, but the memory was too blurry to see exactly what it was. Suddenly, a flash of light appeared in front of her before she disappeared from the room.
Marcy's Pov
Opening my eyes from the weird dream that occurred, I soon noticed that the sun was about to rise up from the horizon and that anne was still asleep on my shoulder.
Man, that was such a weird dream. It felt like it's been only a few minutes since I slept. Ignoring it, I gently placed anne in a more comfortable position before I started to pack our stuff away onto joe sparrow.
Afterwards, I couldn't get my head in the right place. For some reason the same dream kept appearing in my head and it scared me when it only focused on the blood from the two people in my dream. I think that was my mum and my dad, but who knows...
"Hey marcy, you've been spacing out a little ever since this morning. Is there something you wanna share with me?" She asked,
Thanks to anne, I snapped out of my thoughts and replied to her that it was nothing important that she needed to know of. Anne didn't seem to buy it at all and looked at me straight in the eyes.
"You know that I'm here for anything if you need me to. You don't have to hide it"
Anne said as she grabbed my hand and squeezing it gently. I stared at her for a bit and finally gave in and explained everything about what happened in my dream.

But don't worry, this is the starting chapter that introduces us a little bit of marcy's past.
There is a lot I'm going to make as my headcannon and it's going to be based off my own thoughts about the lores of the music box and so on. I hope you won't mind.
(I've spent a lot of time trying to write down notes for the upcoming chapters for the past few days, so I hope you are looking forward to those too)
