After Lando having driven us to a place close by, we walk along the beach.
There's a beach house that serves breakfast, and it will have little people there.

'So if you had to choose between driving a McLaren, or a Landrover, what would you choose?' Lando asks as we wait for out food. 'Landrover.'

He chuckles 'alright. So is it a family thing, or just something you like?' I smile and looks at the view. 'Liking cars is a family thing. Owning a Jeep or a Landrover is too, but I decided to pick it back up.' He smiles 'that's nice.'

'How's golfing getting along, by the way?'
His face lights up at the question. 'Actually quite good! I've been playing a lot when I have time.' He says. I can't help but smile at his enthusiasm. 'That's nice. With Carlos and Max?' I ask. 'Yeah at home with Max, but when away with Carlos. I went golfing with Zak as well.' I chuckle 'oh yeah? Is he any good?' He nods before taking a sip of his tea 'Yeah, he is. But it's still fun.' He says.

Our food gets brought so we fall quiet for a minute.

'What's your favorite food?' Lando asks.
I smile 'home cooked meals.'

My answer makes Lando smile too.
'Like what your mom used to cook?'
I chuckle 'Yeah. Or cooking something myself.'

'Oh yeah? What's your specialty?'
'I make a mean chili.'

He raises his eyebrow 'Yeah? What else.'
'A stew. Or pasta.'

Lando smiles brightly.
'I haven't had a home made meal in a long time.'
'What do you like them?' Lando shrugs 'don't really mind.'

I look at him for a little.
'Will you immediately go back to England after the race?'
He raises his eyebrows 'probably, why?'

'If you don't have to, would you like to stay over? We can cook.'

He seems surprised, but gives me a smile after and takes out his phone. 'I'll text and ask.' He says. I chuckle with his hurry.

After another hour we head back.

'So I'll be around on Sunday.'
Lando nods 'Good. That's fun.'
'good luck on quali.'

He opens my car door for me 'I'll see you soon then.'
'Yes, and come back to me on staying over.' I say.
He nods 'I will.'

I grab my seat to climb in, but Lando pulls me back.
He pulls me in for a hug 'thank you for staying yesterday.'
'Of course.' I say as he backs up a little.

He doesn't let me go before he gently plants a kiss on my forehead.
'Drive save.' He says softly. My cheeks heat up 'yeah, you too.'

One last wave before I pull out of the parking lot.
