The opening ceremony had come to a close and the festival was in full swing. The students spread out over the fairgrounds enjoying the various games, dancing, and food stalls.
While everyone else was having fun, the remaining members of the 701 pack stayed behind, listening to the band. They wanted to go enjoy themselves as well, but were afraid that Legosi wouldn't be able to find them and decided to stay put instead. They waited for their friend for about five minutes before Jack spoke up.
"Hey guys, don't you think Legosi is taking a while?" the labrador said in a concerned voice. "The crowd over here is more or less gone, but I don't see him anywhere."
Collot crossed his arms. "Did you try calling him?"
"I did, I also sent him a message but he's not responding," Jack answered. "Do you think we should go look for him?"
"Yea, maybe we should." Collot said with a hint of concern in his voice. "Come on, let's go find him."
"Hang on a sec guys," Durham barked. " I get that you're worried, but you might be jumping the gun here."
"I don't think we are," Jack replied. "Legosi may disappear on us from time to time, but he'd never leave us behind and if something did come up, he'd at least let us know."
"Exactly, which is why we shouldn't get ourselves worked up," the coyote explained. "I'm sure he's on his way back right now."
"I understand what you're trying to get at Durham, but let's face it, Legosi has a habit of getting into trouble. No matter how hard he tries to avoid it." Collot explained. "There are a lot of outside animals here too, not just our schoolmates... and you never know what they might do."
Durham let out a sigh. "Alright, how about this? You two stay here and wait while Voss and I go look for him."
The two dogs looked at each other and nodded, agreeing to Durham's idea. Voss then gave them a smile and a thumbs up and the two roommates ran off to find their missing packmate.

Elsewhere, Legosi and Kibi were still being chased by Kai as they made their way to the stage with Bill close behind. They ran past all sorts of stands while the other festival goers watched them. There was plenty of laughter and weird looks from the crowd as the four friends ran amok.
They finally made it to the stage area where Legosi heard someone call out to him.
"Hey! Legosi, over here!"
Legosi stopped dead in his tracks, causing Kai and Kibi to crash into him. He looked around and saw some of his roommates waving to him.
"Hey Durham, what are you doing over there?" the grey wolf asked.
"That's what I should be asking you," Durham said jokingly as he walked over. "You realize you got Collot and Jack worried about you, right?"
Legosi's tail jumped, he was so caught up in everything that he forgot that his roommates were waiting for him.
"U-Uh, I'm so sorry Durham! I didn't mean to make you all worry," he said as he bowed his head, his ears folded back and tail drooping.
"It's alright dude. Let's just get back to the others alright," Durham said reassuringly.
Legosi stood up straight and saw Voss giving him a thumbs up, making his tail wag once more.
"By the way Legosi, who are those two guys behind you?" Durham asked as he looked down at the two smaller animals lying flat on the ground.
