One Big Mistake(on hold)

Awakening

I struggle to open my eyes, one of them doesn't open as hard as I try to make it open up it won't. When I do I see a familiar face. I can't see it clearly but it looks like a female face. The lady touches my hand and comes closer to my face. 

"Ella... It's me your.... mother." My mom says through tears. I try to give her a smile but I can't so I just look at her. "Sweetheart I'm here." She touches my forehead. "I'm so sorry all of this is happening to you."  She breaks into tears next to me and when my eyes tear up a stinging feeling takes over. Another figure comes through the door and directs my mother to the door, she leaves and I close my eyes again.

"There she is," The doctor says and my mom stands on the opposite side of the doctor. I try to talk, 

"Where's Anisa?" I ask 

"Don't force yourself to talk, it isn't good right now. Let me do the talking." The doctor says, "Your friend is unfortunately in a coma."  My one good eye starts tearing up. I don't know why I care about Dwayne so much but I do. Oh my god he's in a coma. "The good news is that it isn't bad it will only last two weeks and your children are healthy, they both survived the accident." I close my eye and let out a breath of relief. The doctor smiles and exits the room. He leaves me with my mother, I look around trying to ignore her. 

"Daniella." she says stroking my hair. "Look at me." I do as she says, "I love you Ella." 

"If you did you would..n't kick me out." I push the words out and it hurts when I do, she starts to cry again and I struggle to lift my hand over my stomach. My mom helps me and she stares at me. 

"You're going to be a great mother." I look away, "I wish you could come home Ella I really do but.... its bad news for your father and he... he isn't ready " 
"Leaave" is all I manage to say as I close my eyes. I listen for her foot steps to exit the room. When it feels like she's gone I open my eyes and look around. She's gone.

Later that day I'm able to get up and move around again. The doctors say visitors can see me now and my friends walk in. 

"Oh My God Ella Darling are you alright!?" Sophie says rushing to my side. 

"I'm fine thanks for asking." 

"I know this isn't very relevant to the situation at hand but Chanel's birthday is next Friday and it is also the day Dwayne wakes up so there is gonna be a PARRRRTYYYY! WE are sooo going! NO excuses!" She throws herself on a rolling chair and spins around making us laugh.

"So what happened? All I know is that there were lights and cars honking and then nothing." I asked

"The doctors said that the car was hit the most on your side, you could have died. They say they don't understand how you made it perfectly fine through and Dwayne didn't. Glass probably hit him hard on the head and that's why he's in a coma." Anisa explained. Jasmin, who was standing by the door, groaned.

"Nick is here," She announced and my friends left the room. Just great, I really don't have time for this. I cover my stomach and put the covers over me. He opens the door and walks in.

"Hey Daniella," He waves awkwardly, and stands near me. I return a quick smile and then stare at him with my best death glare. "I'm sorry Ella"

I turn away from him and think about everything. Nick isn't a bad guy and I honestly do not have time for all this sadness. I face him again and take a deep breath.

"Kiss me," I command him

"Seriously?"

"Yea I'm tired of this sadness and want things to brighten up. Kiss m-" Without getting the chance to finish my sentence Nick leans in and gives me a powerful soft kiss. His soft pink lips against mine, I close my eyes and he puts one of his hands on my cheek. He ask for permission which I totally give him and his tongue dances inside my mouth. His lips part away and move down towards my neck. 

"Stop." I say ruining the whole moment. I've wanted to kiss him from the moment I first laid my eyes on him but lets be real here. We're in a hospital for crying out loud.

He faces me and smirks going back to my neck and making me moan.

"Nick.... we're in... a hos..pital," I laugh and he moves away. We both laugh and he sits down on a chair.

"SO I'm forgiven?"

"Yes.... sure. but this is your last chance I'm tired of being nice." He bites his lip and then leaves the room. My friends come back inside with surprised faces.

"YOU DID NOT!" Anisa says

"Here we go again....." Jasmin says

"OMG GURL YOU GET EM, MY GURL SNATCHIN , you ride on that!-" Sophie screams but jasmin  covers her  mouth and stops her for saying something that I think is inappropriate I mean this is Sophie. We all burst out laughing, I laugh so hard my heart rate increases. Out of bad things always comes something good.
