*Ella and Dwayne's twin babies*
Finished the chapter!
Everyone stares at me scared. I scream and Dwayne comes over and carries me bridal style.
"Let's go!" He commands and runs to the car. Dwayne, Sophie and I sit in the back seat while Austin drives and Anisa sits in the passenger's seat. Dwayne sets my head on his lap and Sophie puts my feet on her lap. Austin quickly drives out of the driveway and speeds to the hospital.
"How do you feel?" Dwayne whispers in my ear
"Bad!" I take a couple breaths and look at him, "You can be in the room when they're born," he smiles and squeezes my hand.

When we go get to the hospital the doctors rush me into a room and get ready for the delivery.
"Ok ma'am this will hurt but the harder you push the quicker this can happen," I doctor says opening my legs. I feel really uncomfortable with these doctors watching me, I know they're helping but still. Dwayne looks down but I grab his hand. He's the father but I don't want to let him see me push them out. I inhale and exhale loudly while pushing as hard as I can. I think of everything that has happened since I became pregnant.
The night I did it with Dwayne, my first time.

I laugh and take quick breaths while squeezing Dwayne's hand. He says some supportive things but I ignore him. I stick to my plan.

Tears start to form in my eyes from the memory and the pain. I push as hard as I can as the doctors keep encouraging me, telling me I'm doing a great job.
When my parents found out I was pregnant and kicked me out

When I went to move at Anisa's house

When I heard Annabelle screaming because of Julian, her boyfriend.

When Dwayne and I were ignoring each other because we both moved on.

Suddenly I hear gasping and a baby cry. The doctors start smiling and when I look at Dwayne he starts crying. The doctors pass me my baby and I gently hold the child close and the baby stops crying.
"Is it a boy or a girl?" Dwayne says in a whisper as he comes closer to the baby. I gently move the baby's leg and look. I start tearing up as I look at the fragile innocent baby that I can't believe is mine.
"Boy," I smile and pass the baby boy to Dwayne. He extends his hands and hold onto our child. I look away and close my eyes. One more. My baby girl.
When my mom came to the hospital after I got into the accident begging for forgiveness.

I can't believe he is okay with the idea of his girlfriend giving birth to the school player's babies. I'm pretty sure Nick is going to give up on me sooner or later.
When Dwayne woke up from the hospital and I met his parents

I open my eyes for a second and Dwayne is passing the baby boy to the nurse so she can clean him up.

I replay everything again in my mind and keep pushing.
After about what seems like forever of pushing I stop for a minute and take a couple breaths
"Babe breathe. Your face is practically as red as a tomato." Dwayne grabs my hand and kisses my forehead.
"How long has it been?" I ask
"Well our son is sleeping over there and you've been pushing for ten minutes now."
I close my eyes and push as hard as I can so I can get this over with.
After five more minutes I hear more crying and I exhale loudly and put my hand on my forehead. I'm sweating. They pass me the crying baby and I hold it tight in my hands till it stops crying.
"Pass me the boy," I command as I close my eyes for a second. I'm so tired. I would go to sleep but these babies are most likely really hungry. The nurse passes me the baby and I lower my shirt. Ok so how does breastfeeding work? Dwayne stands there looking away until he finally says something.
"Umm I'm gonna tell everyone about the babies... you.. do that," He blushes and walks out the door and I laugh. Its not like he hasn't seen my boobs before. Whatever its better if hes not here.
..............
After feeding the babies the nurse helps me take a shower because I am so tired and I lay down for some sleep.
Dang who knew child birth would be so damn hard.
