The date was a memory worth remembering! It was just Nick and I with extravagant music playing in the background. The food was divine and Nick was so romantic. He didn't rush anything too at the end of the date he gave me a soft peck on the cheek and we decided to make our dating official. Today is the day Dwayne can come home and everyone is going to be at the hospital waiting for him to wake up. Thankfully its a Saturday and there's no school, Nick said he would take me to the hospital to be there for Dwayne when he gets up. Anisa, Sophie, Austin, Maria and a whole lot of other people are already heading to the hospital bright and early. Anisa and I wait outside for Nick and when he arrives we get in the car.
"I got you guys a milkshake," He says as I kiss him on the lips.
"Thank you, " I said and give Anisa her milkshake
"Why can't I find love," Anisa comments
"Because you're waiting for the perfect guy and that's normally, you deserve someone great who can treat you like a princess." I comment and smile at her
"Thanks Ella,"
"No problem," I turn on the radio and sing along to "Earned it" by the weeknd. (I Adore this song so so much!)

When we get to the hospital it seems like the whole group of popular kids are here in the waiting room.
"Well look at who it is! Its the slut carrying my brother's kids!" Chanel screams and people who we don't even know turn their heads to face us.
"Whatever Chanel," I find a seat and Nick helps me sit down.
"Oh what a gentlemen, why are you even here? Maria, the girl my brother is dating, has a reason to be here she loves him." Chanel says pointing at Maria sitting in the far corner with a worried expression.
"I'm here because I want to be here. I was in that accident with Dwayne and I want to be there when he wakes up."
"NO you're not, I will be there and Maria will be there when he opens his eyes my parents are waiting at home for us anyways." Chanel says and sits down on some guys lap when there are plenty of other chairs available.
"Ok then fine," I say and she looks away satisfied. I look at Nick and he smiles at me
"Why are you staring at me like that?" I whisper to him,
"Because I have an amazing girlfriend," He leans in and kisses me, we stay there kissing for a while when Anisa pretends to cough.
"Sorry to interrupt but I don't want to be a third wheel and come on I mean I know nobody here." Anisa says and I laugh.
All three of us begin to talk for about an hour when the doctor comes to the waiting room.
"Your brother is about to wake up," He says to Chanel and she quickly gets up while motioning to Maria to come with her. Surprisingly not even five minutes have passed and they both return stomping back to their seats.
"He wants to see the pregnant girl," Maria says and crosses her hands on chest. I think I hear jealousy in her voice. I get up and Nick does to.
"I'm going alone Nick," I touch his shoulder and then walk away, the doctor directs me to where Dwayne is and I enter the room
Dwayne smiles when he sees me and I grab a chair and sit besides the bed.
"I'm sorry about our fight, " I say touching his forehead
"Its cool babe, parents always fight," He winks at me and my cheeks start to get red
"I'm sorry I wasn't here when you opened your eyes,"
"Stop apologizing I know you care about me" I laugh at his comment and he sets his hands on my stomach
"Are the kids going to be okay?"
"They're fine, the doctors said I was lucky, they said the majority of the patients lose their kid in an accident like that." I smile and his eyes start to tear up
" I really care about you Daniella. I know I don't show it but I do," He rubs my stomach and I move his hand back to the bed. He's the dad of my children but I'm not ready for him to get close to me like that. "Remember when I first met you?" He asks and I nod, " I saw you dancing and I had this feeling like.... damn..." He laughed and continued "I suck at explaining all I know is that I wanted to be close to you Ella."
"Dwayne I think you should get some sleep,"
"I'm serious and I still want to"
"Come closer" He commands
"I'm dating Nick"
"Wow already?" He asks and I nod
"just lean in closer I'm not gonna bite" He laughs and I do as I'm told. He kisses my cheek and suddenly I feel the same sparks I felt when I first kissed him. I get up surprised and walk to the door,
"Don't go yet! I want you to meet my parents." He says and I nod.
I slowly walk back to the waiting room, I can't have a THING for Dwayne..... I mean... I just can't.
