Yesterday was a fun and unexpected day to say the least. I am not gonna hang out too much with nick, you never knows if he is just another Dwayne. He and I haven't spoken at all and he didn't tell me why he stood up for me.
I get dressed quickly into some joggers and a black long sleeved shirt, finish getting ready and head out the door. Anisa has been pretty busy lately with her sister and I hope that she isn't ignoring me too. We haven't talked like we used to since I told her about my situation. I have to ride the bus. I start walking down the street and text Jasmine, I told her I would text her when I finished the drawing of nick so she can be the first person to see it. She and her partner have already finished the assignment, almost everyone finished the assignment. We didn't finish because we had distractions in the way. A car comes turning from the corner of the street with the song "I'll hold you down" playing. The blue car comes to a halt right in front of me. I keep walking but the car goes into reverse. The car door opens and I see the face I really wanted to punch right now.
"Get in the car Daniella"
"No thanks I'm good." I walk faster but the car keeps moving.
"Get in the fucking car Ella!" I stop walking and face him. I know I might regret this, I groan and get in the car. He turns the car around and we head in the direction towards school. Two songs play and we don't speak at all. I need to stand up for myself starting now.
"Have you been ignoring me?" I say in a low voice. He turns down the music and clears his throat.
"I've been wanting to talk to you"
"About?" I know what he's going to say, instead of saying anything he looks down at my stomach. "Yep" i answer, he was going to ask if i'm pregnrant, he stops the car on the side of the road and puts his head on the steering wheel. He doesn't say anything, just sits there.
" did you tell your parents yet." He doesn't even bother to look at me.
"No" he pounds his fist into the steering wheel.
"What the hell are you waiting for!"
"I don't know"
"Ella they can help you get an abortion and this mess will be over, the sooner you tell them the better . "
"I just.... They won't be happy about it"
" Ella you are their only daughter, only perfect innocent daughter, they will do anything for you." I don't say anything . he lifts his head and faces me. "I'll be there for you when you tell them if you want?"
"No offense but you're just gonna make things worst."
"Why because I'm black, they don't want their white daughter to be with a black guy?"
"NO DWAYNE! How... How could you say that?"
"Whatever." He starts the car and zooms off. We stay quiet the rest of the car ride to school, he dones't look at me once and he turns the radio to the highest the volume can go just so he won't hear me say or do anything. This boy is so hardcore, all I said was that no he can't be there, who knows what my parents will do if they ever see him and find out he is the father. I want to keep dwayne safe and to do that, that means not meeting my parents know. I don't have a clue about what to do with this kid.
I decide to take action and turn the radio all the way down and speak when we stop at a red light.
"Maybe..... maybe I can put the kid up for adoption..?" my voice cracks
"You want to go through the whole pregnancy?"
"I don't think I have much of a choice." I pretend to laugh but he doesn't find it funny.
"OK I guess?" he shrugs and keeps driving. so much for a nice conversation, why in the world would he pick me up from my house so we can talk and he won't even do any of the talking!

After school I got home and decided to take a walk through the park. School was boring, I stayed away from nick, he wanted to talk to me and when he did i just nodded and pretended to laugh. My friend Crystal who lives next door is always busy and never has time for fun. Then again if it wasn't for "having fun" i wouldn't be in the situation I'm in currently. I dial Sophie's number because she is someone to always make a person laugh. After three rings she finally picks up,
"Its SOPHIIIIE!" she says in the sing songy voice.
"You wanna come to the park."
"OK! Meet me there, this is gonna be so fun!" I laugh at her comment and hang up. I change into my baby blue skater skirt with my black crop top and black Vans. I march downstairs and head to my dad's office. He always spends his time in there, doing government stuff, he says he might run for mayor which would be really cool. Alright now I got to talk like an educated rich girl.
"Excuse me father, I am going to take a walk along the park with Sophie, is that ok?"
"Yea sure. Did you do your homework?" His voice is so deep and he sounds so tired.
"Of course."
"alright get out of here I'm trying to focus." I nod and turn around. When i do I roll my eyes and race out the door.
...........
"OMG like you HAD to be there, Austin was so romantic, ugh I think I'm in love!" Sophie screams as we past a group of kids playing on the swings.
"I think you should take it easy Sophie. Isn't it too early in your relationship to be and I quote 'In love'" Sophie giggles and flips her hair. I didn't tell her about what I saw him do with another girl because that would crush her and Austin's message was pretty clear.
"Not to kill the mood but isn't that....." Sophie points her finger something. " Dwayne?" I quickly rotate my head to see where she is pointing at. My heart fells like it just fell crashing down on cement. Sophie notices and gets upset as well. "Who is that?"
"I...I don't... know" I stutter holding back the tears.
"That's it." Sophie throws her purse on the ground and literally marches over to them. They are kind of far away so everyone at the park notices her walking to them.
"WHAT THE HELL MAN!?" she screams, Dwayne lifts his sunglasses up and gives her a "do you want something?" face. "Not even a whole 45 days has past and you have moved on from girls!" Dwayne looks around and finally finds me, his face burst with anger.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." He claims.
"Oh really would you like me to tell your little.... pest... what happened at the party?" She puts her hands on her hips and Dwayne doesn't believe that she's gonna do it. Sophie shrugs, "Alright so it all started when DWAYNE decided to grind with my friend at a party. He then took her u-" Dwayne cut her off.
"Damn shut up" Dwayne says and turns to the "pest',
"don't listen to her she doesn't know what she's talking about." Dwayne turns to Sophie, then me then back to Sophie. "I would appreciate if you guys would stay out of my personal life." He says it loud enough so I can hear. His girlfriend pulls on his arms and they keep walking.

Hey guys sorry i haven't posted lately, i wasn't today but then my friends really wanted me to and I didn't want to let you guys down. I'm also going to change Nick. I'm going to change the character to Harry Styles because I think Danielle Campbell(Ella) and Harry Styles( Nick) dated. If one of you guys are his fans and know please leave a comment so i'll know I would really appreciate it. I'm going to fix the last two chapters that have Nick in it and change it to Harry.
