I went downstairs and caught a glimpse of a man standing at the door. Then my whole body froze at the sight of him, not because he was attractive - but because he was creepy and scary.
The man was about 5'7, jet black hair and ice blue eyes.

"What." Jace looked him straight in the eyes, with a form of hatred and anger. Woah, does he know this guy?
"Oh come on, be nice to your brother!" The man smiled as his pearl white teeth showed. My mind froze. Brother? Jace had a brother?! WHERE DID THIS COME FROM?!
Jace sighed and looked at me. I shot him an 'Explain' look. "Hazel, this is Marco, my STEP-brother. He's older then me, my moms side, he's 27." He looked me straight in my eyes with a sort of apologetic look.
"Nice to meet you." I said as I held back all the anger and words I wanted to throw on Jace. He left out this minor detail that he had a brother.
"Hey, doll." Jace shot him a death glare, he was taller than Marco, and for sure more intimidating and hotter. Also more muscular, I guess I picked the right brother.
"Oh come on Jace, we all know she'll be gone by a day or two! So why can't I have her now?" He started to approach me as I slowly moved back. Dude, way too close.
His cruel smirk plastered on his face and his ice blue orbs looked straight through my soul..
I completely froze, my body, my mind, it was all black. He towered over me and whispered something in my ear, that's when I snapped out of it.
I gave him a hard slap and kicked him in his stomach with full force, he stumbled back as Jace held a gun to his head. Damn, father is fathering. Okay I'll shut up now.
"Listen here Marco. This mafia, this girl over there, my life will never, ever be yours. I don't know why you came here, I don't know what do you want from me or Hazel. But I assure you, if you try something with the Hazel, or the mafia. I will make sure to firstly, cut off your nose." Marcos eyes widened at Jace's words, his eyes were full of fear.
"Then I will scoop out one of your eyes, I will cut off your two right fingers and your whole left arm. I will make sure to cut off the tip of your tongue. Do you know what I will do next?" Jace teased with a grin as he pressed the gun more into Marco.
"Cut off my ears?" Marco guessed. Jace let out a low, evil chuckle and shook his head.
"No. I will leave your ears on so every time you pass by someone, you will hear people saying "He's so ugly, look at that monster." "He will die soon, he can't handle all of that embarrassment." "Look at him. Such a pitiful little pig." You copy that Marco? So never, EVER touch anything that's mine.
