When Nini and Ricky had arrived at the party they were both nervous, but for different reasons. Nini, because she feared for the outcome of the letter, Ricky, because he rarely went to parties.
When she encountered Gina she was very nervous about what she would say. "Hey Nini, is this who you hang out with when Jake's busy?" Gina snarked pointing at Ricky.
"What are you talking about?" Nini said confused as to why she would say something like that "Oh did that offend you?, maybe you should right a letter about it" Gina said sarcastically as she walked away.
"Ok so she definitely found the letter" Nini said, worried and slightly hurt by Gina's comment. "Well at least now you know, right" Ricky said "I guess you're right" "Coming to this party was definitely a bad idea" Nini said.
"We should leave" Nini said. "But we just got here" Ricky replied. "Yeah but I feel the longer we stay, the worse it will get" Nini said
"Where's Nini going?" Carlos asked to Gina "Oh, she just can't handle people being honest with her"
