When popular girl Nini Salazar-Roberts finds out she's failing English and has to go to poetry club to raise her grade, she meets poetry nerd Ricky Bowen, who will change her life forever.

As Ricky walked in to the english classroom, he spotted Nini already there. Maybe that's a good sign he thought to himself. "Hey, how are you here before me" he asked. "um i guess i was just excited to see you" nini smiled.
"So um about last night I-". Ricky started, smiling but Nini cut him off. "yeah um, we should just forget about it, like it's not like anything happened so there's no reason for any awkwardness" Ricky's smile quickly disappeared from his face. "um yeah i agree" he said.
He obviously couldn't tell her now. "so we're good" Nini asked. "um yeah, totally, good" ricky replied
