"Are you sure that's the right constancy?" Luke peered over Olivia's shoulder. "Yes! i've made them before! Now, do you like blueberries?" She asked him as she poured some pancake batter onto a pan. "Yes, i do..." He turned and walked over before picking out some. "Where do you keep your plates?" He asked her. "Hmm....top shelf...second cupboard" She told him as she flipped a pancake. "Wow, eating pancakes in school uniform at ten in the morning...people at school would be so jealous" Luke chuckeled. "Yeah they would...however they may just be wondering where i am...and if im off getting my next hook up to hump" She sighed.
"Olivia!" Luke turned to her. "What?! Its true!" She sighed still with her back to him. "Liv....thats not true" He told her putting out two plates. "Please, im a fuck buddy apprently" She shrugged. "You dont even look the type to be a fuck buddy!" He told her. She turned smiling at him. "What?" He asked. "Nothing...just the first ever proper time that i've heard you say the 'f word' " She giggled. "Im...not that quiet" He told her quietly. "No...neither am i" She laughed a little. "Right, ding...orders up!" She smiled bringing the pan over to the two plates Luke laid out. She flipped four pancakes out, two onto each plate. She put the pan into the sink and washed up, putting things back where they belong.
Luke sprinkled some blueberries onto Liv's pancakes as well as his own. "Do you like honey or syrup?" She asked him looking in the cupboard. "Hmm....syrup please" He told her. "Got it!" She grabbed it. She handed the bottle over to him and sat down on the stool at her counter opposite him. He let some syrup droop onto his plate and over the food before sliding it over to Liv. She done the same then sat it beside her. "Wow...these are good" He smiled at her. "My famous, blueberry pancakes i make for my mom...nearly every mothers day...maybe birthday" She smiled before taking a bite.
"What does your dad think?" He raised an eyebrow. "I dont know...i make him toast with bananas and his go to strong black coffee." She shrugged before laughing. "Toast with bananas?" He asked. "MmHmm! Dont diss till you've tried my toast and bananas!" She told him. Just then her phone chimed.
Mikey :) :
"Liv...how come you didnt show today? Are you okay? xx"
Olivia :
"Yeah, i told ya last night. Under the girl problems of weather :/ Im fine... xx"
"Ashton?" Luke asked. "Hmm? .... oh no..." She shook her head. "Michael?" He asked. "Yeah, asking where i am..." She nodded before taking another bite. "Well, you have a better excuse than what i'll ever have" He told her. "What do you mean?" SHe looked at him. "He'll probably come over after school or call me..." He sighed. "Either way my mom will enventually find out" He told her. "Dont worry...ill cover up for ya" She winked and he chuckled.
"I kinda feel bad...leaving Mikey to deal with all the asses!" She sighed. "It'll be fine...he can handle himself...he can handle both of ya" Luke smiled at her. "Oh honestly Luke, when i find out who started that...their gonna be sorry!" She rolled her eyes. "Why...well...i dont understand why pick you two. I dont even know...i left" He told her. "I know, i think it was because of...when i saw Ash, i went to the kitchen and started drinking more. Michael followed me to calm be down...the next morning, I woke and MIchael and Calum were still at the house. We all left, maybe they just 'assumed'" Olivia sighed.
"Yeah, but why pick you and Michael if Calum were there? Can you remember anything from Friday night? Michael can accidently act like he's with you. He can touch you more....laugh....even kiss you. It happened back in middle school..." Luke nodded. Olivia looked up at him. "Well...kinda. He put his arm around this girl...and she thought they were 'dating' Its just something he does...hes like that" He told her. "Yeah...a friend type" Olivia smiled at him. "Exactly... People just get bored and think its funny to spread rumours" Luke sighed.
"That could be it...when we left I sighed and said I cant believe I'm doing a walk of shame...Mikey put his arm around me laughing. He said it didn't count as the walk of shame if I didn't do anything the night before....I remember we saw Noel before that...Brit already left...but she saw me come out a room...maybe it was Noel and Brittany!" She gasped out. "A room?" Luke questioned. "Yeah...I fell asleep...then I saw her coming out a room and I thought it was Ash when I passed" she told him.
"don't worry Liv...we'll find out" he smiled warml at her. She nodded at him as she ate a piece of pancake. "Then you can make these again as a reward" he chuckled and Liv giggled.
