Monday Afternoon.
Olivia walked out the school library and headed downstairs. It was basically the last couple weeks of school, and today Liv's mom was due to get results back from her interview. Supposed to be. Olivia walked down to her locker and collected her stuff before grabbing her phone and walking out the school building. It was now hometime, and the school was empty. Basically because it was the last week or two, people started not showing up so it was quiet.
Olivia headed out the doors, and walked down the pathway to hear voices, and singing. She stopped walking and held her earphones. "What the....?" She questions turning around. Up in the field, near the outside canteen a little crowd stood. She spotted Michael, with his obvious hair and she stood examining what was going on. Who was that? Olivia began walking up towards the group and she noticed Luke and Calum standing with Michael smiling. Everyone else too, were swaying a little. "Thanks guys..." A voice spoke, after the song finished. It was Ashton. "Oh play another!" A girl pleaded.
Ashton smiled and looked at the guy beside him with the guitar. It was the guy who Ash spoke to a lot too. His other friend, from some of his classes. Yet she wasnt part of the 'group' With Michael, Luke and Cal. "Sure." Blake chuckled. Michael turned and spotted Liv and he smiled a little nodding his head. Liv smiled back as Ashton spoke up. "One...two...three...four....." Then he began to sing. Olivia stood holding onto her phone as she listened to the little duet.
Within a few seconds of singing Ashton spotted her, looking at her he continued singing. Everyone once in a while, as he sung a lyric he would look at her again, and again. Admitting to herself, Oliiva began to smile. She stood listening to him singing, she liked it. She liked him singing. "You guys are awesome!" A girl told them, "Uh, well...he's with us." Michael spoke up. "Yah, we can do that too" Calum folded his arms smiling. Ashton laughed a little with Blake, before he sat his guitar down. "You guys going to do music?" The same girl asked. "I want too..." Blake nodded looking at her. "You should be a band" She told them.
"Ashton is taken. Already in one" Calum looked at Michael and he nodded. Olivia giggled a little before shaking her head and smiling. She sighed and turned and headed to the pathway again. Putting in her earphones, she walked on looking a head. Walking out the school gates, she looked around before crossing the main road. After a few minutes, from the side of her eye she saw a car slowing down beside her. She turned her head and saw Ashton smiling at her with the boys in the back.
Taking out an earphone, she walked over smiling. "Hi." She simply spoke. "Hi. Would you like a ride home?" He asked smiling at her. Liv looked in the back at the boys smiling at her. "Sure. Thank you" She told them nodding, as she got in. Ash's eyes lit up. Once she got in she smiled and turned to the boys. "Helloo!" She smiled. "Heey!" Michael spoke loudly. "How've you been?" Calum smiled at her. Olivia sighed a little. "Uhm...cant complain too much...i guess" She smiled telling them.
Once Luke and Michael got dropped off, it left Calum and Olivia. "Thanks bro!" Calum told Ash as he got out the car. "See you tomorrow" Ashs smiled at her. Olivia smiled and waved at Cal as she got out too. She closed her door and looked in at Ashton. "Thank you..." She smiled in at him. "Your very welcome" Ashton smiled warmly at her. A small silence sat with them for a moment. "Hey...you'll text me about your moms news right?" He suddenly asked her. Olivia sighed as she looked at him. "Yeah...i guess....but..." "But?" He asked. "I already know what i want to do..." She shrugged. Ashton's face dropped. "What? how do you mean?" He asked now concerned. "Thank you for the drive home..." She smiled again before walking off.
Ashton watched as Olivia walked into her house. She closed her door, and he shook his head. Leaning his elbows onto the steering wheel he held his face with his hands. Sighing he shook his head before rubbing his eyes. He slammed down on the steerling wheel a little. She couldnt leave...he couldnt lose her...not now.
