"She seemed distant this morning..." Michael told Calum and Luke. "Yeah, not usually..." Calum nodded agreeing. "Maybe she was just tired?" Luke spoke up. "Nah, theres something more...and did you see Ashton take her hand....?" Michael asked leaning forward more on the table. "What are you suggesting?" Luke asked him. Calum nudged Luke and widened his eyes. "Well, Ash texted me last night asking if i'd heard from Liv...i hadnt...do you think something went down with them this weekend?" Michael asked. "Dont be stupid" Luke shook his head. "Hey, he told us he liked her...wouldnt be surprised" Mikey shrugged.
Calum kicked Luke a little under the desk and he sighed as he slumped down in her chair. "Look im just saying...she would tell us if .... " "Olivia wont tell us anything...she walked away from me" Ashton told them as he walked up behind them. They all turned to him with raised eyebrows. "What happened this weekend with you both?" Mikey suddenly asked. Ashton sat down and looked at them. "Bro, we know something happened....its obvious" Mikey demanded to know. "Look...we sort of...told each other we liked each other..." He told them. "What?!" Luke squeaked loudly. "Shhh!" The librarian hushed them .Calum turned to Luke with a sort of 'sorry' face on him.
"Whats your case?" Michael asked Luke turning to him. "Nothing...!" He snapped a little. "Oh, now he's on his period" Michael sighed sitting back. "Oh piss off!" Luke told him. "OI Quiet!" The libarian told them off. "Luke!" Calum warned him. "Oh, dont fucking talk to me like that!" Michael hissed at him. "And what gives you the righto to speak to me like that?" He asked him back. Michael shook his head as he tutted. "Look, im worried about Olivia...im going to see if i can find her" He stood up. "What? have more rumours spread around about you both" Luke spoke up.
"Listen...Hemmo...what is your problem?!" He demanded. "Michael, calm down." Ashton sighed shaking his head. "I dont think Liv would want more attention around her." Luke looked up at Michael. "Yeah? and who said you know her more than any of us do?" He gritted his teeth a little. Luke stayed silent....Ashton covered his face...and soon Michael grabbed his bag and left. Calum sat with his arms crossed shaking his head. "I never know whats happening with us these days...." He looked at Ash and Luke.
"Do you really like Olivia?" Luke asked Ashton. Ash perked his head up and sighed. "Very much" He nodded. "Why?" He asked. "And did Liv tell you she liked you?" He asked. Ashton nodded. Luke sat back, and crossed his arms. Looking around, he sighed before standing and throwing his bag over his shoulder and leaving the Library. "Where are you now going?" Calum asked, but got ignored. "WHats going on with him?" Ashton asked. "Dont ask...." Calum sighed shaking his head.

Olivia sat outside, she was at a tree out in the courtyard. She sat staring up at the sky, and the building as she listened to her music through her earphones. She had another free period after this....but she didnt want to go. She recieved a text from Michael asking where she was. She just ignored it and sighed looking around. She looked at the text Ashton sent her, moment after she walked away from him before, she smiled but soon a shadow took away the sunlight behind her and she looked up. Taking out an earphone she turned and saw Luke. "Hmm...shouldve known it were you....noodle" She smiled a little. Luke sat his bag down, and sat down beside her.
"What are you...doing out here?" He asked pouting a little. "Your lip ring looks great" SHe smiled. "Dont change the subject" He shook his head. Olivia dripped her head and sighed. "Nothing...please drop it" She told him. "Olivia....you havent spoken to us all morning. Something is up." He told her. "You dont know me! How can you tell if im alright or not?!" She snapped. Luke's face, said a lot. "Im sorry....you didnt deserve that" She told him. "Liv, you can tell us...me..." He told her. There was a short silence, as Luke moved around getting comfy.
"Ash told us....you two uh...said you liked each other" He said looking ahead. Liv turned to him, thinking. "Did he?" Luke nodded still looking onwards. "Yeah...so...you like him?" He asked turning. "Oh what? Because of a rumour of me sleeping around with people...." "I didnt mean anything like that Olivia...." Luke shook his head. "I...do...." She spoke slowly. "Why?...are you going to make fun of me"? She asked turning to him. "No...i cant. I could never do that" He told her. "Why are you always so nice to me?" She asked him. Luke looked away then at her again before looking at his hands. "Because...i like...you. Your my friend" He told her.
Olivia nodded as she smiled. "Well....thank you. I like you too...your a good friend" She smiled. "Yeah...." Luke trailed off. "But...i think we should just...you guys should just break apart from me right now" She told him. "What?! Why?" He asked. "Because...you have too...i need it too" She sighed. "Why? Have we done something to upset you?" He asked. "No! Its...its complicated" She whined a little. "Olivia, please...tell me!" He told her, sounding more serious than normal. Liv looked at him as she began to feel tears in her eyes. "Luke...I...my mom got word back for her interview" Her voice cracked. "Interview? for her job?...but it hadnt been six months" He told her.
"Yah, i know...i told her that. She told me not to worry, but why would they take her up on the interview early? It doesnt sound good Luke..." She blinked and tears escaped her eyes. "I could be leaving...and im never gonna see you guys again..." She shrugged. "No...dont think like that!" He told her. "Would you go back....home?" He asked. "I dont know...at first i would sa yes...but ive grown to the place...here...i have you guys...what have i got back in the UK? Natasha. Thats all. She's like my sister but....i dont know" She covered her eyes with her sleeve. Luke put his hand on her shoulder, she turned and he took her hand. "It'll be okay. Im sure it'll be fine." He smiled reassuringly at her.
Nodding Olivia smiled. "I hope so..." She sniffed.
