✦ celestia's pov.
"The audacity!" I frustratedly ranted out to Olivia through the phone.
I just had a small fight with Xav, and I am frustrated and irritated because of it.
"What was the whole scenario?" Olivia calmly asked.
"Well, I asked him why was he with Hannah again this Saturday, since this was the supposed day that we would go out, but then he just irritatedly answered me!"
"You're asking me that, then should i also ask you why you're with Chance?" I irritatedly copied what Xavion has said earlier. "I mean, he just got jealous of his own best friend! His! Best! Friend! He got jealous!"
"Okay, calm down," Olivia said. "First of all, you are getting jealous of Hannah too, right?" She asked.
I huffed out a breath. "Who wouldn't?"
"Girl, i just have to say, your relationshit's getting kinda-"
"Wait, Liv." I saw Xavion's name on my screen. "I'll talk to you later."
"Yeah, sure, cheer up!" She said with a smile, then ended our video call.
"Oh?" I asked as soon as i answered.
"I'm sorry." He said softly.
Don't be so soft for him, self.
"For?" I asked.
"For being irritated earlier while I was talking to you." He said, will a little bit of uncertainty in his voice.
"So you think that's the reason I'm ignoring you?"
"What else?"
"Oh you're so numb." I sighed. Not feeling mad, but feeling disappointed and hurt inside. He doesn't know what he did wrong.
"Look, whatever I did, I'm sorry, okay, love?"
"Don't call me love!" I exclaimed. I sighed again. "Look, Xav, I'm not in the mood to talk with you right now.. Can we give each other some space for a while?"
"Selene.."
My heart ached with the sudden call of me with the nickname he calls me back then.. when all were full of rainbows and sunshine.
"Take Care," I firmly said, then ended the call.
I threw my phone at my bed, then touched my chest.
I feel like the knot that's encircling my heart is slowly grasping into it too tight, it might soon shatter to pieces.
And as our conversations earlier flashes back to me, the more the tightness strengthens.

"How're you?" Chance asked.
"Hmm? I'm okay, barely okay." I tiredly responded.
"Have you received the donuts and ice cream yet?"
"You were the one who sent it?!" I asked, surprised. Well, he was the only one I ranted on about craving donuts and ice cream for a week now, but just too lazy to buy some.
"Yes," He laughed. "I'll talk to you later, enjoy your foods!" Then he ended the call.
