You were a bodyguard for Zhongli, who was the CEO of the company known as, G.E.O. Anywhere he would go, you would follow whether it was for protection or because he didn't want to go shopping alone.

One day, while Zhongli was discussing something business-related with Lady Ningguang of the Liyue Qixing, you stood outside the meeting room. Waiting for your boss to finish said meeting, you examined your surroundings. There were houseplants to both of your sides, along with smart-looking lights strung above your head. A water station was down the hall, along with a trash bin. The distant chatter of both businessmen and women could be heard down both halls.

About a few minutes later, and a tall ginger was seen walking past you. After doing a quick double-take, he then walked up to you with his head tilted.

"What're you doing out here all on your lonesome?"

All you did was look him in the eye for a moment before looking back at the wall in front of you.

"Are you waiting for someone? Something?"

Disregarding his words, you continued to only look at the wall still.

"Ouch, the silent treatment?"

Just then, the door opened up and out came both Lady Ningguang and Mister Zhongli. With a signed contract in-hand, the amber-eyed man only nodded his head and you followed.

The next day, while you were watching over Zhongli whilst he drank his morning tea, there was a knock at the door. You only nodded before answering said door. Standing there was none other than the ginger you had encountered just yesterday.

"Oh? So this Zhongli person... was you?" he asked, dumbfounded by your presence.

"No, I am Zhongli. This here is my bodyguard, (Y/n)." corrected your boss as he walked up behind you.

"Ah, I see," chuckled the other male.

"Come in, I've been waiting for your arrival."

And so, the two men were now sat in your employer's living room, discussing something about stocks and prices. You didn't pay too much attention to it as every so often, the nameless ginger kept throwing you a glance. You, in return, just threw a confused look at him.

When Zhongli left the room to go fetch some documents, the ginger walked up and around you. In a way, he reminded you of a red retriever; curious, happy-looking, and dumb.

"So... your name is (Y/n)?" he chirped out happily, a smile plastered on his pale features.

You only glared at him, following his sporadic movements with your eyes.

"Not much of a talker, eh?"

"If you keep asking me dumb questions and looking at me all funny, then I'll be the one who's talking you off."

At that, his eyes went wide with amusement.

"Oh! So she can talk!"

"Yes, I can. And she thinks that you should stop giving her... me weird looks!" you belted out all but before clearing your throat and straightening your tie.

Just then, Mr. Zhongli had come from his home office with the documents in-hand.

"These files hold all the information you need. Now then, was there anything else you needed, Mr. Tartaglia?"

"No, that was all. Thank you, Mr. Zhongli. Also, by the way, your bodyguard's kinda hot," said Tartaglia, whispering the last part so you couldn't hear it.

While your boss was left speechless, the ginger only left, whistling some tune with the documents tucked under his arm.

"Mr. Zhongli...?" you asked hesitatantly, reaching out your arm towards your boss.

"I think our client has fallen for you."

"... can you fire me please."
