Once Lucas had taken Charlie and it was just her left in the dining room, Delilah picked up the necklace and went up to her bedroom, laying down on her bed. She held the necklace, hugging it tightly to her chest and closing her eyes. After a few hours, she fell asleep like that. It got to around 4:30am, everyone in the house was woken by loud banging on the front door. Having been offered to stay for the night, Aria was woken too and was actually the one who went to see who it was. Though, she already had a pretty good idea of the culprit's identity. She pulled the door open to reveal a furious Charlie stood outside.

"Oh, it's you. What a surprise." Aria muttered sarcastically.

"I don't have time for you, woman! Where the hell are those two?! I need to teach them both a lesson!"

Unintentionally, Aria let out an amused giggle. She could tell that he was extremely angry and serious about what he was saying, but she just found the way he was acting funny. Her laughing didn't go over well with Charlie though, earning her a hateful glare and a slap. Well, he attempted to slap her, but she blocked it with her magic and then hit him.

"Calm down. You're behaving like a spoilt child. You know, I think it's quite sad that you had to use magic to get  girl. What? Didn't you trust that someone would find you appealing without being put under a spell? You should have more confidence, I mean, it's not like you're not attractive. If you'd have been patient, maybe you would have found a nice girl who loves you and who you love back. I'm afraid that won't be possible now. You messed with my family, I won't let you get away with that. Maybe if you take the spell off of Delilah now, I can ensure that you make it out of this with your life. If you refuse to lift the spell, we'll break it ourselves, but you'll be dead. Trust me, Lucas won't hold back... It'll be pretty brutal."

The anger that Charlie had been feeling was quickly replaced by fear. He was strong but he knew that Lucas was a werewolf. He'd sensed that the day they'd met and knew that if it came down to it, he stood no chance in a fight against him. Sighing, defeated, he nodded his head. With a triumphant smile, she let Charlie inside where Virgil and Roman were, stood in the living room. Lucas and Delilah had stayed in their rooms when they'd heard Aria go to deal with the commotion.

"He's finally decided to do the right thing. I'll go and get Delilah."

The couple and Charlie sat in silence, all of them knowing that it would only cause conflict. Roman especially was angry at the boy for what he'd done. Moments later, the three of them were joined again by Aria and by Delilah.

"Charlie... what are you doing here? It's so early, and you really upset me earlier."

"I know. I'm sorry, okay? I came to set things right ." he lied.

That was definitely not what he'd gone there to do originally.

"Make things right how? What you did was terrible, it won't be easy to fix it-"

She stopped talking when he held her cheeks, releasing her completely from the spell she'd been under for the last week. The moment it was no longer effecting her, she slapped Charlie hard, his cheek stinging and quickly beginning to bruise.

"Yeah, I deserved that. Delilah, I'm sor-"

She held her hand up to silence him, eyes full of tears.

"Why would you do that to me? I mean, I knew you were messed up but I didn't think you'd do something like that. Lucas and I were fine.  We were so happy together and you made me ruin it. I made him think he meant nothing to me. He must be hurting so much right now. He's good at hiding it but if what we have is as real to him as it is to me, he must be in so much emotional pain..."

"Dee..."

"No. You have no right to call me that! Just get out. Get out!" she yelled, tears streaming down her cheeks.

"If I ever see you again, I swear I'll kill you!"

Delilah threw him out, closing and locking the door before walking past her parents, going back upstairs. She went to Lucas' room, knocking hesitantly. It was a few minutes before the door opened, Lucas standing their in pyjama pants and a tank top.

"Dee..."

"I'm so sorry..." she sobbed, throwing herself into his arms.

"I'm sorry..."
