Kagaya woke up with a start. His body shaking in fear. He wanted to scream, bit he was so tired.
A pair of arms wrapped around him. He started to shake more, but he could smell it was his master and he calmed down.
"It's alright dear." he voice smooth as always. She rocked him softly.
Kagaya's eyes caching a glimpse of the ring on Thana's finger. The one he gave her. He smiled.
She likes it! Mom actually liked it! He thought.
The rocking soon stopped. He whimpers softly not liking that the movement had stopped. He felt his body get lifted up.
"Mother?"
"Hmm?"
"Where are we going?"
"My room dear"
Kagaya started to panic. Why was he going to her room? Was she upset? Was he going to be punished.
"It's late. Everyone's asleep. I just want to keep a close eye on you" she said with a soft smile.
She opened her bed room door. They were met with a sleeping Mitsuri and Ophelia. She placed him softly on the bed.
He looked up at her. It was dark, but he could still see her red eyes.
"Sleep I'll be back in a second." she said slowly walking away.
As soon as Kagaya laid down, he couldn't keep guess eyes opened. Once Thana was back baby in arms she smiled. Her family. Laying down with her daughter on her chest. Fay using her breast as a pillow.
Once comfortable Thana would watch over her family not caring about the lack of sleep. She'll sleep some other time, right now her family was more important.
