my mom walked in to my (huge) room to wake me up. it was 7:00 am, school starts at 8:00. "y/n! come on! wake up! its the first day of school!" she says as she shakes me awake. ugh. i was sooo tired. i wait for her to head out the door before laying my head back on my pillow "i know what your thinking, come on!" she calls from the stairwell. i sit up in my bed and look out my huge floor to wall windows, hoping the bright sunlight will wake me up. it doesnt. i go to my walk in closed and take out my blue foxfire uniform (pleated skirt with blue knee high socks, shirt, vest, and waist-length half cape) i put on the clothes and go to my bathroom to brush my teeth, do my hair, and put on some lipgloss.

after i go downstairs for breakfast. the kitchen smells awesome as im walking in and i see turi one on the gnomes making breakfast. as im eating jensi walkes in to the kitchen looking very tired, for someone whos usually really energetic, he is NOT a morning person. "good morning sweetie!" my mother says to him sweetly. she always treats him better, obviously because he was supposed to be the only kid that was birthed the day we were born. but 13 minutes later as my mom was hugging her new born son, i was born. ive been treated like a unfortunate mistake my whole life. "morning" jensi says as he sits down next to me and starts taking food. he starts stuffing his face before he looks up at me and smiles. we have an awesome relationship considdering the way our mom treats me.
------ ------ ------ ------- ------ ------ ------ ------ ------ --------- -------- - -------- ------ --after we eat our mom rushes us up to our leap master 2000 and calls out "foxfire" a crystal falls and shines a ray of light jensi takes my hand and we leap to school. once we glitter in to the courtyard i see the beautiful glass pyramid all decorated and shiny. as we are walking in to the orientation room jensi sees his friends, says bye to me, and runs off to join them. i continued walking alone, as usual.
orientation happens and i head off to find my locker, right next to the entrance to the level 3 wing. i see fitz and his friends talking in there and i look away before he can see me staring. i lick the dna panel and it tastes like custard bursts. yum! i quickly grab my books and walk off to elementism, my first class of the year.
