"Okay, so Chase, Truth or Dare?" Ashton asked, grabbing the last slice of pizza. Chase gnawed on her bottom lip, thinking. "Dare."

Ashton smirked and thought for a minute. "Okay.... I dare you to go on a date with Michael." Chase jaw dropped as she stared at Ashton. "What?"

"You heard me. Go on a date with old Mikey, he's single." Ashton appeared to be enjoying this. "No! Ashton, if she doesn't want to, then she doesn't have to. You're taking this too far." Calum said, standing up. "Calum, really, its fine. Calm down. If they want me to go on a stupid date, I'll do it." Chase said, patting the seat beside her. "Sit back down."

At that moment, Luke burst through the door, with Maddi on his back. They were both soaking wet, and Maddi was wearing Luke's hoodie. They were laughing as they crashed on the couch, oblivious to everyone else.

After they got settled in they took in the scene around them, an angry Calum glaring at a satisfied looking Ashton. "What's going on?" Luke said, sitting up.

"And why did you guys get pizza without us?" Maddi said, motioning towards the empty pizza boxes.

Chase looked between Ashton, Calum, and Maddi. "Its nothing really, but I happen to have plans tonight."

"But you can't have plans tonight! We have our show at the diner, remember?" Maddi groaned and fell facedown on the couch. Luke rubbed small circles on her back and glanced up at the boys. "What kind of plans? And don't tell me its 'nothing.'"

"Well, we were playing an innocent game of truth or dare, then Ashton dared Chase to go on a date with Mikey, and Calum got mad, and then you and Maddi burst through the door, and yeah." Katie rushed in telling the story. Maddi bolted up and glared at Ashton. "You did what?"

Ashton held up his hands in defense. "It was a dare! Geez. She said she'd go through with it." Maddi continued to glare without saying anything. Everyone else stayed silent, waiting to see what would happen.

After what felt like an eternity, Luke spoke up. "So guys, I have news." Everyone looked at him with confusion, including Maddi. Luke smilied and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "We're together now." Maddi smilied and leaned into him, waiting for a reaction from her friends.

Chase and Katie smiled, Calum clapped, and Ashton just sat there. "I still think Chase should go on that date with Mikey." He said, fiddling with his shoestrings. "Dude! Let it go!" Calum shouted, storming out of the room. "Let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore..." Katie sang softly while Chase ran after Calum.

"Someone's jeloussss." Maddi singsonged. Minutes later, Chase emerged with a calmer Calum. "Fine, she can go on the stupid date." Calm grumbled, taking a spot on the couch beside Luke.

"But only if the idiot over there takes care of all the plans, cause there is no way I'm asking Michael myself." Chase said, nodding over to Ashton. Ashton rolled his eyes. "Fine." He huffed. He slipped out his phone and typed, sticking his tounge between his teeth. "You officially have a date tonight after your show." Ashton smirked and put his phone up. "Better dress pretty."

"Thank you guys so much!! We'll see you Monday!" Maddi said into the mic, setting her guitar down.

She stepped off the stage and walked over to Chase, gently hugging her. "You okay?" Chase smiled."Yeah, I'm fine. Its not everyday you get to go on a date with the Michael Clifford. I'll be fine."

"Okay, if you need me just call." Chase nodded and walked to the diner entrance, where Michael was standing. She waved a small goodbye and walked out the door with Michael.

Luke walked over to where Maddi was standing, slipping her palm into his. "Do you think they'll be alright? I'm worried about her, she didn't have to go." Maddi said, her eyes filled with worry.

"They'll be fine, Michael won't do anything stupid. He knows I'll kick his ass if he tries anything." He said, rubbing small circles on the back of her hand.

Katie ran over to Maddi and Luke, typing on her phone furiously. "Hey, Ashton's taking me to see this show, there's this drummer dude and apparently he's REALLY good. Like, amazingly good."

"Okay," Maddi said. "Have fun!" She called out, watching them leave. "You wanna go back to the apartment?" She asked, looking up at Luke. "Yeah, we'll just have to take Calum with us though."

Maddi nodded and pulled him over to where Calum stood. "Hey, we're gonna go back to the apartment. You coming?"

Calum nodded. "Yeah, I'll come. But I swear if you guys get all mushy gushy on me I'm leaving." Luke laughed and walked outside, pulling Maddi and Calum along with him.

Once they were in the car and settled, Luke turned around from the drivers seat to look at Calum, who was in the back. "Why'd you freak out over Chase going out with Michael?"

Calums cheeks reddened as he looked out the window, mumbling to himself. "Dude, I can't hear you. What was that?"

Calum took a deep breath and looked up at Luke. "I sorta kinda maybe like Chase just a little bit." Maddi's head snapped up from her phone. She bit her lip and looked back down at her screen, acting oblivious to their "guy talk."

Luke nodded. "Just tell her. I've seen the way she looks at you, I know she likes you too."

Calum looked up, "You really think so?" He said, has voice full of excitement. Luke just shook his head and smiled back. "I know so buddy."

Katie clapped and yelled as the next performer came on stage. Ashton yelled along beside her, wolf whistling in the process. They were at a drumming contest, and Katie was loving every minute of it.

When it was over, everyone rushed to the door. Ashton held Katie to his side, so he wouldn't lose her in the crowd. Katie blushed at the gesture, but stayed to his side all the same.

When the crowd had thinned out, Katie stayed close, noit wanting to let him go just yet. He glaced down at her and smiled, his dimples showing. "Have fun?"

Katie smiled wide. "You bet. Thanks for taking me. I hope to be as good as one of these guys someday." She said, looking towards the stage with admiration in her eyes.

Ashton glanced down at her, brushing a bit of hair behind her ears. "I'm sure you will be." He said as he bent down to kiss her forehead.

"Wow... This place is nice." Chase commented, sitting down. Michael smiled. "Yeah. I've never been, but I hear it's good."

Chase looked around, taking in the scene around her. The place was average size, and had a fancy feel to it. Almost all the decorations were done in gold and bronze, from the chandeliers to the centerpieces. Chase glanced at the menu, then looked up to find Michael staring at her.

"You look lovely." He said, smiling. Chase gave him a hesitant look before setting her menu down. "You do know I'm only here because of Ashton, right?"

"I know. But that doesn't mean I can't act like its a real date, can I?" He smirked and picked up his menu, winking at an appalled looking Chase.
