22.

Chenle's POV

I'm on the sofa, a little over tipsy with my girlfriends who are giggling and kissing each other and me. Good vibes only.

Hyunjin walks in and I'm happy he's here, but he doesn't look too happy. He motions with his head for me to go him and I get up.
"Where are you going?" Jameela asks pulling away from Isis.
"I'll be back soon." I say.

Hyunjin pulls me into the kitchen and I get a clear view of just how frustrated he is under the kitchen light.
"What's wrong?" I ask
"Aurelia. She's here." He says, running a hand through his jet black hair.

I bite my dry bottom lip in thought. I have no idea how she found out about my party. She's blocked on everything.

"She wants to start shit. She wants to tell Isis and Jameela about “us”" he said using air quotes
"So? Let her tell them. We have nothing to hide." I walk to the cupboard to get I cup.
"We don't know what kind of spices she's gonna add to the story." Hyunjin takes a deep breath "Plus I'd rather keep her in the past. What business does she have with us right now? She's so annoying." He says.

I pour a cup of water and take a huge gulp before bringing the cup to Hyunjin's lips and making him sip some before kissing him.

"She wants to talk to us. She's waiting in the guest bedroom." He says with a sigh. Sigh indeed Hyunjin, sigh indeed.

I give him a hug and we walk upstairs into the guest bedroom where it sounds like she's talking to someone. We open the door and she looks kind of shook, standing near the window. Like we caught her doing something.

"Who were you talking to?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.
"Myself. Sometimes you need to hear advice from a real nigga." She says
"Aurelia, you're not black, so please don't use that word." Hyunjin says.
She scoffs.

"Maybe you should punish me, daddy." She says "seductively" walking towards us.

She starts to unbutton her dress, and I grab Hyunjin's hand, ready to head for the door. I'm not about to deal with this right now.

As soon as we turn around, the door shuts and I hear it lock. What the fuck. Oh Aurelia has people working for her? Crazy.

"Okay Aurelia, we know you're psycho but this is just pushing it." I say letting go of Hyunjin's hand.
"Just... Just make me feel good. One more time. Please." She says, now only in her red underwear that boldly contrasts her tan skin.

Hyunjin starts to panic and pull at the door handle, but then the door suddenly opens making him trip and in barges three people. Isis, Jameela and... Xiaojun? Huh?

I don't even have time to process anything because it seems to have only taken a nanosecond for Jameela to lunge at Aurelia. She's pulling her hair and shouting profanities while Isis watches with her mouth agape. I mean, we would stop her, but Aurelia kind of deserves it for almost trying to rape us.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?" Hyunjin shouts making everyone stop. Jameela still has Aurelia in a chokehold while Xiaojun is trying by all means to get her off Aurelia. If he hurts Jameela i can't promise he'll leave my house alive.

The fight stops and Xiaojun has a regret filled look on his face.

Xiaojun clears his throat. "This... This was all Aurelia's idea but I won't deny any involvement in her plan. I'd like to apologize for my involvement in all of this."

Isis and Jameela rush to calm Hyunjin and I down. Hyunjin's whole face is red and he's practically fuming. My heart is racing a mile a minute and I feel tears prickling at the corners of my eyes. I cry when I'm angry.

I clench my fists, but slowly loosen them as Isis rubs my shoulder.

What a situation to be in. Aurelia has her makeup all smudged and is trying to keep her bra on. Jameela really beat the shit out of her.

"I only did all of this stuff because I thought it would prove how much I was willing to do for her. I'm... I love Aurelia so much, but after everything I've helped her do I just feel... awful." Xiaojun says looking down. "She wanted Isis and Jameela to "catch" you guys cheating on them so that she could have you two to herself again. And I guess I'm just the idiot who would do anything to see her happy." His voice cracks and I drop my defence completely. He wants to cry.

He's not the only one who Aurelia has hurt like this. I sympathize with him.

"Again?? Please somebody explain what the fuck is going on" Jameela says turning her anger towards us.

Hyunjin takes a deep breath and starts talking, surprising Jameela and Isis.

"Aurelia is our ex." He sighs. "Chenle and I dated her in our second year of high school, but she played with our feelings." He says and I can practically see smoke above Jameela's head. You'd think Isis would be the one to hate Aurelia.

"I made a mistake!" Aurelia cries. "I made a mistake and I realise that, but everyone deserves second chances. You even gave that whore Isis a second chance! Why not me? I mean you are a polyamorous couple! Just add me." She says.

She's so narcissistic and self centred. She's just a horrible person.

"You sound pathetic and desperate, Aurelia." Isis says shocking all of us. "You need to heal and accept that losing them was the price of your mistake." Aurelia scoffs at her words. "And have some self respect." I add, handing her her clothes.

"So you just get to hoe around and still have the audacity to call me pathetic?" She crossed her arms

"You are pathetic, Aurelia." Xiaojun says "you're the one who told me to kiss her! And I was just so obsessed with you that I did what you asked even though I knew it was wrong. You used my feelings to manipulate me."

At this point it's like I'm just watching the plot of a badly written movie unfold in front of me. I have no words.

"Not once did you apologize to anyone! Not to Chenle, Hyunjin or Jameela! You used me and you keep slut shaming someone who hasn't done anything at all! You're despicable Aurelia." He says and she starts crying her eyes out.

It would be sad if she was crying cause she feels bad, but I know she's just crying cause she got caught and she didn't get what she came here for. Nobody cares.

Isis on the other hand passes Aurelia her jacket and starts rubbing her back. "It's okay Aurelia. I'm sure you're not all bad." She says and Hyunjin's eyes almost roll to the back of his head. "You just made a mistake, but what's important is that you learn from it. And stop fucking embarrassing yourself like this."

"That being said, I think it's best you leave." I say motioning towards the door.
"But-" Aurelia starts and Jameela just shakes her head.

"I'm really sorry guys." Xiaojun apologises once again. "On Aurelia's behalf too."
"It's okay bro. No hard feelings." Hyunjin fist bumps him and I do the same. There's no way I wouldn't forgive him, because I can see how he was being manipulated and that isn't his fault at all.

I think it's gonna take a lot for Jameela to forgive him, but she definitely will. I think.

We leave the room and go back downstairs where the party is steadily... happening. People are dancing on each other and kissing and smiling and laughing.

My people and I dance for a bit before deciding to return to our room. I told the help to make sure that these people are gone before we wake up in the morning.
