25.

Isis' POV

The holidays are almost over which means the last term of school is steady approaching. I had no idea that my last year of high school would be this enjoyable.

We decided to take it easy for the last few days, so I'm currently annoying Chenle who lays on the sofa, barely holding on to consciousness because he decided to play Minecraft online all night last night. He's a dweeb.

Jameela and Hyunjin are in the kitchen and I guess their idea of "kickin it back and taking it easy" is teaching themselves how to bake. It smells good so far, nothing is burnt.

Yet.

"Chenle, let's play hide and seek." I suggest
"Who me? I'm supposed to play hide and seek in this condition?" He asks with his eyes closed.
"You'd rather play Mario Kart than play with me." I fold my arms.
"It's Minecraft, and what's that-"

He's cut off by the sound of the smoke alarm going off. Told ya it was just a matter of time before Jams and Jinnie burn whatever it is they were baking.

Chenle and I halt our mini argument to go check on the hacking pair in the kitchen.

"Yeah, go on, set fire to the house, it's yours after all." Chenle says sarcastically making Jameela give him the death glare.
"No, break it,break it, it's fine" I add on and Jameela tries to death glare me too but it just ends in laughter.

Our laughter turns into coughing and we remember that we have to deal with the smoky kitchen. We open windows and flail rags around until Chenle remembers that he's got a fan and let's that do the work.

"The muffins wouldn't have burnt if Hyunjin didn't distract me" Jameela points out.
"Aww come on it isn't entirely my fault, plus they're not burnt, they're smoké." He says doing chef fingers.

"I'm not eating that." Chenle says.
"Yeah, me neither." Hyunjin agrees.

We spend our last night at Chenle's house in his garden eating crackers and fancy cheese with wine because why not?

It's a bit chilly outside but I enjoy the cool breeze as it nips at my skin. At times like this I like to imagine that my cheeks are pink.

We're not really saying much, just occasional statements and little jokes here and there but not really any conversation.

It's a comfortable silence, as all the silences between us are and as usual, I'm captivated by the beauty and eeriness of Chenle's garden. The sounds of the fish swimming, the way the pale blue and white moonlight hits the water and how the stars just seem closer here.

I almost can't wait to finish highschool just to be able to spend more time with them. The thought of going back to school and not being able to sleep next to them and just see all of them whenever I want to is literally breaking my heart, but I'll just have to put on my big girl panties.

"I'm gonna miss sleeping next to you two." Hyunjin says, as if he can hear my thoughts
"Me too." I say and immediately start crying.

Welp. "Big girl panties" went out the window fast.

"Aww it's okay, don't cry baby Isis." Chenle says and takes my tiny hand into his. I love when he gets all soft.

"It's just three more months and you can come live here if you want to." He beams, which instantly puts a smile on my face.

It sounds like a joke, but something in his voice tells me he's serious. I don't want to go into details or internalise it too much, so I just leave it there.

"Lucky you dorm with people you actually like, I'm still stuck with Miss Cagayan." Jameela downs the rest of her wine.

"Meh, I don't think she'll be much of a problem anymore." Hyunjin says looking at Chenle.
"Why?" Jams asks looking confused.
"Well, you did beat the shit out of her with no remorse whatsoever." Hyunjin says.
"Come on, I wasn't that relentless. She still has all her teeth and a full head of hair." She smiles innocently.
"Jeez." Chenle comments through a mouthful of cheese and crackers.

"We should spend a week at my house next time." I suggest and everyone nods. It's getting colder out so we pack up everything and prepare for our final night of sleeping next to each other.

We're so dramatic because we literally go to the same school, but I guess it's not that simple because we are a poly couple. How many poly couples have you come across at school? See??? Exactly.

Jameela and I wash and pack the wine glasses and go upstairs towards the room to see Chenle pinning Hyunjin to the wall and kissing and biting his lips. Hyunjin releases little moans. He's so cute when he subs.

Jameela playfully slaps Chenle's ass, alerting him of our presence and signalling that they should come to bed.

We kiss each other goodnight, and fall asleep cuddling for the last time.

Jameela's POV

Today has literally been a mess. We're on our way to Isis' mom's house to go pick up her uniform and stuff and drop off her other clothes before heading back to that shithole we call school.

There was a lot of chaos at Chenle's house with Isis trying to locate her stuff and just everyone not being ready to leave.

Not to mention that everyone was tired because Chenle and Hyunjin went all "no one's leaving here until they cum" on us.

We arrive at Isis' mom's house, and since it's late Isis comes out of her room with all her stuff so quickly that her mom didn't even get to offer us food which is a huge bummer.

Isis says a teary goodbye to her mom and we all hug her with Hyunjin getting the longest hug yet again.

We get back into the car. We're getting driven back by one of Chenle's family cars. We're all feeling anxious or sad or mad and tired, so not much is said throughout the car ride.

Chenle and Hyunjin fall asleep on each other, I play candy crush and Isis stares out the window until we finally reach the school building.

Yep.
