Camila's POV

I caught onto her silence tactic, and remained silent, smiling at her.

This was going to be fun.

I intensely crossed my legs over, knowing she saw. I watched as her eyes traced my legs, then quickly averting her eyes someplace else.

I look at her body, and how her blazer fits so perfectly around her, and how it hides the lacey button up underneath. It looked so close, yet so far.

My gaze met her lips, and she caught onto my eyes. She smiled down at her notes, as she wrote another thing down.

She was trying to study me, and I was going to make it hard. I wanted to distract her so badly, and I look deeply in her eyes.

-"Stop it, I can't focus" she whispered.

"Sorry, I can't help myself" I say in her tone of voice.

She gave me a cheeky smile, shifted in her seat, then finally announced the first question. Her face turned serious, she was in doctor mode.

-"Camila, you are here for an aggravated behaviour that ended with a male killed. Do you have any regrets on how this panned out, and if you had the chance to go back to change something, would you?"

I answer with no hesitation, "No regrets." Her pen dances on the paper for a few seconds.

-"And how did you feel when you fired the bullet?"

Wow, I'd never really thought about that. It caught me off guard.

"Umm, well..."

Her eyes met mine through her glasses.

"No-one's every asked me that before."

She nodded, still waiting for my response. I flashback to that exact moment when my finger pushed the trigger.

"When I fired the bullet, I felt this wave of adrenaline run through my veins. He was an evil man, and it was a relief when he passed. There was a lot of people that wanted to kill that man, and I was on top of that list. I was going to kill him if it was the last thing I do."

She kept quiet, and she stopped taking her notes. Her eyes were still on mine, yet she said nothing.

I continued, "And umm...It felt good. I finally felt like this weight had been lifted from my chest, and I could finally breathe clearly again. It was a couple days after the shooting that they found camera footage of me, but that night after I'd killed him, was the beast night's sleep I'd had in years."

I hesitantly look up into her eyes, and see that she is still listening. She was not judging me, and I felt safe to continue on.

"You know, he took away something from me that left my heart absolutely crushed. I can't even tell you how depressed I was, because now looking back I am positive that it completely destroyed me. I was past the point of help, and I acted on my own instincts. I had no assistance with anything, they left it all to me."

She finally speaks up, "Who's they?"

I sigh, "The men..."
