Your body aches as you tried to get up from your bed. You feel dizzy and lightheaded making you hold onto the nearest piece of furniture for dear life not to fall to the ground. You knew the reason for this but you wouldn't admit that you had a problem.

This all started years ago when you developed an eating disorder due to trauma and body dysmorphia.
It started of small, you stopped eating candy and other sweet things because you wanted to be "healthy"

Then it slowly progressed as you started cutting out more foods and start to count the calories of everything you put in your body. You also started working out multiple times a day while eating barely nothing at all because you needed to feel in control of just one thing in your life, food.
