When it's all said and done, will you have said more than you've done?

What I would want right now is to do more than what I say I will do. I have already made a list of tasks for the summer that probably will not be achievable during the time frame, but the thing is that if I were to at least finish one, then I would have been one step closer to the end. Saying something is one thing, but when you do not have the initiative to go out and pursue what you want to happen, everything that you are doing is now a waste. What has been happening to me right now is that I am currently writing these various answers to questions, and I have plans of learning Spanish, French, learning beat production, learning the piano, and a slew of other activities all within 6 months. That, if I stuck to it day in and day out, might be accomplished within the time limit, but I see that with the way that I am going now, I will be unable to do everything that I want to do. However, I do not want to have said more than what I have done, because I want to do more than what I have said.
