Disaster

Y/N POV

"Cleatus Kassidy, you have been found guilty of multiple homicides and sentenced to death. Do you have any final words?"

Kassidy started spouting off some old Shakespearean quotes before the executioner pulled the lever. Would this even work? I mean with Carnage inhabiting Kassidy's body would the lethal injection even get into his blood stream? We watched as Kassidy's eyes closed. There was a sigh of relief among the family members of the victims. Then his eyes opened again.

"Something wicked this way comes." Red filled the chamber before the glass shattered. I winced as a piece hit my arm. I tried to get up and run away but my legs fell under me. I could feel myself about to pass out. With all the energy I had in me I stopped recording and sent the video to Anne, hoping it would go through. I fell to the ground hearing screams all around me.

Eddie's POV

I paced around Y/n's apartment waiting for Anne to show up. There was a loud knock on the door. I opened the door to a very unexpected face.

"Where's Y/n?" It was her friend, Kassie.

"Kassie? Um sorry she isn't home right now is something wrong?" She wouldn't have told Kassie about the whole symbiotic thing would she.

"Cleatus Kassidy just broke out of jail. Since you both wrote about him and exposed his secrets it's obvious he would come after you both now where is she."

"I don't know we got into a fight last night and I left here after she kicked me out." Just then the door slammed open.

"What do you mean Venom isn't with you?!" It was Anne.

"Who is Venom? Did Y/N get a new dog?" I sighed and looked at the two.

"Okay this is going to be a lot to explain but Anne have you heard anything else from Y/N?" That's when her phone buzzed. When she showed us what Y/N had sent I fell back onto the floor. "The Red Demon. I'm so stupid."

"What are you talking about and what is that thing?"

"Last night there was an old man who unfortunately passed while y/n was in the convince store while she was trying to help him. She kept telling us that he said 'Beware the Red Demon' but I had no idea what she was talking about. We figured it was the old man hallucinating from a heart attack or something like that. Two of the police officers that she has been working with on Franco's case brought her home and she got really sick. I didn't realize at the time but she was acting the same way I did when I first had Venom." Kassie let out an exasperated grumble.

"Okay and why didn't you two call or something, and who is Venom? You keep saying that name and not explaining who it is." I sighed looking up to Anne.

"Well I would show you but he and I got into a fight cause he kept saying he knew something was wrong when she kicked us out but I had just given up. Now isn't the time for my issues. Anne listen I need you and Kassie to go to Mrs. Chen's. He has to eat at some point and that's the main place he knows so he'll show up." Anne looked at me confused.

"Why us and not you?"

"Well he isn't going to want to listen to me but he needs to know he has to get back here so that we can go find Y/N. Plus he likes you Anne, well at least he used to. I mean he can't help it after he looked through my memories." She nodded and walked out leading Kassie with her.

Anne's POV

"So you both really aren't going to explain who Venom is? Or what that red thing was in the video?" Kassie jogged behind me as I led us to Mrs. Chen's. I sighed.

"I know this is going to be hard to believe but Venom is well...I don't really know exactly what he is, other than he isn't from Earth. A couple of years ago when everything happened with the life foundation, Eddie found out that they were conducting human experimentation on whether these creatures they found in space could help humanity live longer. He snuck in and accidentally bonded with one of them, Venom and they discovered that their bodies were compatible to where Venom could have a host that wouldn't deteriorate after a day and Eddie...well it will be easier to show you." As I finished up I pulled open the door to the shop and looked around. "Mrs Chen?"

"Annie. Good to see you. And Y/n's friend."

"Look have you seen Venom. Eddie really needs to talk to him it's important."

"Well Eddie should have thought about that before he stopped believing in Y/N." I looked at her confused before frowning.

"Ven is that you?" Mrs. Chen growled before Venom's form appeared.

"HOLY SHIT THAT"S VENOM? I FIGURED IT WAS ANOTHER GUY!"

"Annie I do not want to talk to him. He wouldn't listen to me about Y/N"

"I know Ven but you were right! Look Y/N is in serious trouble. Another symbiote took over her last night and now Kassidy has her and the other one. You and Eddie have to go help her."

"CARNAGE HAS NIBBLE? Fine...I will go to Eddie, for Y/N, but he better apologize. To both of us."

I blinked and Mrs. Chen was back to normal, Venom swapping over to me and talking over.

"Sorry Mrs. Chen."

We grabbed Kassie and ran back to Eddie's.

Y/N's POV

When I woke up it was dark. I started freaking out and that's when I felt the pain in my shoulder and the gag in my mouth. I heard what sounded like a car and then a voice yelling to me.

"Ah the maid of honor's awake do you hear that darlin." It was Kassidy

"I'm so excited! After all these years I'm finally going to be your wife." It was a woman.

"Now you get some rest back there miss. My groomsman has a lot to talk about with his Doll after the ceremony."

No. No he can't be talking about Franco. How would he know Franco I mean he has been locked up for years so how did they even...

As I started to panic I felt my consciousness start to fade again.
